He had ready for our review when we got there, what he thought might be what we wanted. He went over the fine points of each one and answered any and all questions. He set up a test drive for us and when we made the decision, we were given the very best deal Valley had to offer. Ken was friendly, courteous and extremely helpful from the very beginning as was everyone at the dealership. We came home that very day with our 2015 Honda Pilot! Their excellent service didn't stop once we left the lot. Ken, as well as one of the managers called a couple days later to make sure we were satisfied with out Pilot. More

Kevin Hahne approached us, and with the proper introductions, began listening to our wish list. He readily set up a test drive and the haggling was't even necessary when he presented us with Valley's best deal. (David Heyden made dealing with the paper work a breeze.)
