This review is primarily for the service department. : I brought my vehicle into the service department for my 9am appointment to have the back up camera looked at.. I was told it could take several hour : I brought my vehicle into the service department for my 9am appointment to have the back up camera looked at.. I was told it could take several hours so I opted to drop off instead of wait .. I waited all day at home without a vehicle.. come closing time I received a message from the service advisor asking if I wanted to pick up vehicle or leave it and that she leaves in less than 10 mins I asked if the problem was found or fixed.. no responses.. I had to go to the dealership & find my vehicle because none of the salesman knew anything about it & service had now closed.. I did not know if the vehicle was fixed or anything.. the lack of communication between service & customer is horrible they use a texting system that supposedly I didn’t get multiple messages from the service service advisor. I was not told about fees that could be charged even in a warranty situation. I come in for my 9am appointment to have the warranty part replaced & have been told multiple times it doesn’t take long to install & as I sat and was waiting after an hour and 15 mins the service ad is it came to the waiting area to verify if I was waiting or just dropping off. My point of this review is the communication is seriously lacking of course when selling you a vehicle they are super attentive it’s year end, I even received a call from the dealership yesterday to verify my appointment even though I did that through text because the lady wanted to know if I wanted a free appraisal while it was in service.. you know probably to try & get me to trade in. I’m not happy with this dealership & will not be purchasing again from CMA More
