Walked in this morning to buy a used Subaru. All salespeople in offices. One walked by me and didn't say a word. I stood there, shocked no one came out to ask if I needed help. Decided to go to All salespeople in offices. One walked by me and didn't say a word. I stood there, shocked no one came out to ask if I needed help. Decided to go to bathroom. Came back to showroom, same thing, not a single person approached. I waved my arms in the air at one salesperson who finally came over. I told him how I felt about being ignored so we went to the manager's office, who didn't seem to give a crap. Odd, because my wife and I were just at Martinsburg CMA dealing with Stephen on buying a Toyota. He was first class along with the dealership. More

This review is for the service department at CMA Subaru. My wife and I were recently traveling from Tennessee to Pennsylvania on a Saturday to visit family. About 25 miles south of Winchester, VA we lost My wife and I were recently traveling from Tennessee to Pennsylvania on a Saturday to visit family. About 25 miles south of Winchester, VA we lost heat in my wife’s 2020 Forester, all the safety systems disabled, and the check engine indicator lit up. We had a hotel lined up in Winchester for that night anyway, so we continued on and found a few auto parts places that were open. We had the first one scan the codes the car was throwing, and found out our thermal control valve had most likely failed. None of the stores we checked with had the part in stock, and there’s nothing I could have done in a parking lot anyway. The young man at the third store did some research and found out that this part fails frequently on 2019 and 2020 Foresters, and Subaru had issued a service bulletin to update that system. He recommended we not drive the car until we spoke to the local dealer Monday morning. We extended our stay at the hotel another night so we could be there when CMA Subaru opened up on Monday morning. We scheduled a service appointment for 0715 Monday morning, and in the notes typed out all the information we had found out. We got there at about 0700 on Monday morning and checked in. Considering the world we live in today, I had expected that the dealer wouldn’t have the part in stock and either we would be stuck in Winchester for a few days or have to leave our car there and get a rental to finish our trip. To our surprise they had one valve in stock (they had been replacing them on other cars as well), and started working on our car. It turns out it was a pretty big repair, and they had to remove the intake to even get to the valve. But they did an excellent job and after finishing the repair they washed our car, made a short video covering everything in our car that would need to be taken care of soon (tires, inspection, etc.), and had us back on the road in about 5.5 hours. Our service man was Brad, and he was thorough and efficient, and did an excellent job explaining what he had done and what else our car needed. We are so grateful for Brad and CMA Subaru, and for the quick repair to our car to get us back on our way to visit family. We were also fortunate that the repair was covered under the power train warranty. More
