dan johnson,met my wife & i as we were walking around looking at the honda cvs which we were interested in.dan answered everyone of our questions with knowledge of each model.after taking a demo ride, we looking at the honda cvs which we were interested in.dan answered everyone of our questions with knowledge of each model.after taking a demo ride, we were on our way to the showroom i spotted a honda accord crosstour which was marked down as it was a 2010 model.needless to say we were hooked on the crosstour. after getting the deal we wanted,we drove away with the car we wanted.next morning a i was going on an errand, a problem arose with the car.i took car back to the dealer,after which i was told what the problem was & what they were going to do.to make a long story short,all of the miller honda team made a big problem go away very quickly,made myself & wife very happy with our experince at miller honda.through it all dan johnson was with us all the way,like he had been doing this for years.....after the all was said & done & we were leaving, dan said thank you very much,you were my first car sell as he had just started a few weeks before.we would very much recomend dan & this dealership. Price is important, but it’s not the only factor in car purchasing. I have a successful career in sales and my standards are very high. At the end of the week, I contacted Keith and we discussed other dealership prices, incentives and inventory. He had a quick conversation with his manager and called me back in 30 minutes with a very competitive price. I came in the next morning and purchase the car. I was impressed with every aspect of the experience. I drove 4 hours round trip on Saturday to purchase the car and would have driven further to buy the car from Keith. Had been "shopping" about 1 month. Purchased a 2 yr. newer vehicle than we had planned for about the same $. Russel F. was our salesman and we would rec. to anyone. Great to work with! Appx. 600 miles after purchase (certified vehicle), I had to take it to my local dealer (I live 1+ hr. from Miller) for an oil change and B12 maintenance. Evidently these items were not re-set? when the vehicle was certified - I was disappointed in this and it is a direct reflection of the service dept. Sales however, the husband and I were more than happy with and would purchase from Russell again. More

We had checked out Leesburg Honda before going to Miller Auto Group. We were VERY unhappy. He had so much patience with me as I had wanted a white honda CRV 2011 and he did not have one on site, in the meantime I drove a gray honda CRV and was now confused..white or gray? He did not rush me and in two days time he had the white one waiting for me next to the gray one and I knew right away my choice was the white one. I NEVER felt rushed for a decision and also he was able to meet my husbands price. He made the whole experience for me so nice. He spent more than one hour with me explaining the vehicle and offered me his phone number to call should I have any questions after the purchase! He is and A+ salesman and Miller Honda is lucky to have him at their dealership! I was also treated very nice by the greeter and their finance officer. This was my first car purchase on my own, without help or advice from a male counterpart knowledgeable about vehicle transactions. I also made my purchase online. I didn't enter the dealership until the day I picked up the car. I was nervous about the entire transaction. However, Gail and Darin made the entire purchasing experience very easy and very comfortable for me. The dealership had the car I wanted, the package I wanted, and the color I wanted. They were also willing to hold the vehicle for me until I was able to get to the dealership (I live out of state). Negotiation on the "out-the-door, off-the-lot price" was uncomplicated, and done via e-mail. Pre-approval for financing from American Honda Finance Corporation and end-of-year incentives only made the negotiations easier. I was able to secure the price I wanted, along with the trade-in value I wanted on my Civic EX Coupe, making my monthly payment fit nicely in my budget. As I mentioned previously, I live out of state and bought the car at a location a considerable distance (627 miles) from where I live. I picked up my new car as I was traveling for the Christmas holidays, so my Civic was packed with luggage and gifts. When I arrived at the dealership, I saw my new car parked in front with a big red bow on the hood. While I was completing the paperwork on my new vehicle, Gail transferred all of my luggage and gifts to my new car! What a way to make a customer feel special! Short of the dealership giving me the car for free, I couldn't have asked for more! More
