I had a 2006 Subaru Legacy with 108,000 miles on it, and was starting to become unreliable. I once owned a 1995 Honda Civic and I remembered how reliable that car was to me. One Sunday my sister, children was starting to become unreliable. I once owned a 1995 Honda Civic and I remembered how reliable that car was to me. One Sunday my sister, children and I were looking at the 2011 blue 4 door Honda Civic strip down model. I wasn't exactly sure what that model had differently than the regular LX. I called on Monday morning and the lady who answered the phone put sales consultant Keith Spaid on the phone to answer my questions. Keith started explaining the difference to me and suggested the best way for me to see would be to come in. On Wednesday my sister and I went into the showroom and asked for Keith Spaid the others workers there were very friendly and told us he was on the phone and would be right with us. Keith explained the difference in the car that was $1,000.00 cheaper. I was ok with that until he said that it didn't have cruise control. He also explained that trying to resell that model would be harder. After being informed about the difference from Keith I choose the LX version and we took the car on a test ride. Any questions my sister or I had, Keiths answers were very informative. During the rest of the long process Keith was very polite, informative, willing to answer any questions that we had. Keith also made sure we knew exactly what the next step was and why we were waiting. As a consumer its nice to feel like the sales consultant is on your side and taking that extra step to make sure you understand completely what you are buying. From the first hello until I drove MY NEW CAR off the lot Keith made sure that I knew how to operate my new car. I would defintely recommend this car lot and Keith. More
