Justin Berkendorf in particular was a very knowledgeable sales consultant. I appreciated that he was able to relate as a Honda owner without just throwing out facts about the car. I also appreciated his patience as I can be an indecisive buyer. I never felt like I was being pressured, which is very common with car dealerships.
