We've owned two prior Accords, and were looking only on the day we happened to find Miller Honda. In the ten years we've owned a Honda, we've been overwhelmed with the quality and reliability of the Accor the day we happened to find Miller Honda. After spotting a 2011 that caught our eye, we met with Justin, who I can honestly say was the most professional sales representative we have ever dealt with. There was none of the usual "offer, hagle, wait while the sales rep talks to a manager, hagle some more, wait some more....". Justin showed us the vehicle with a non-pressure manner, then listened when I explained my goal of what it would take to make a deal on this vechicle. Within ten minutes we had an agreement - unheard of in most dealerships! He made sure that any questions or concerns we had were addressed immediately. He called the insurance agent to verify insurance and then allowed me to take the phone and talk to my agent at that time to update the insurance before we ever left the office. He introduced us to the service manager and showed us the service area for future routine maintenance issues. The finance manager (Paige) was also easy to work with and very professional. After the sale was complete, we were thanked by several of the staff working that day, all of whom were more than friendly and the dealership as a whole made this the most enjoyable buying experience! This was my second Honda purchased through Andy at the Miller Auto Group. I went in to have an inspection done on my Honda. While there I decided to look at the new vehicles on the lot. Since I had previously worked with Andy in the past and interest rates are much lower than they were when I financed my 2008 Honda, I thought possibly I could get a new model with more features. Andy came through for me just as before and I ended up purchasing a new 2011 Honda that same day with many more features than my 2008. With the interest rates being so low, used vehicles in high demand, a shorter finance term, and my payment would be only a bit more than I was previously paying, it was a no-brainer to buy my new Honda. I have been a fan of Honda because of the quality you find in their vehicles. Andy apparently has some "Honda" in him too. Once the sale is complete Andy does not forget about you. He follows up with you regarding your new purchase and has always been there when I've called him out of the blue with questions. I always end up satisfied with the treatment I receive from Andy and the folks at the Miller Auto Group. I will always go to Miller Auto Group for my vehicle needs. More

My wife and I thought Dave Johnson could not have been more helpful. He helped us clarify our thinking between buying an Odyssey and an Accord. Most importantly, Dave conveyed a sense of trustworthiness and we felt comfortable that we were getting an honest deal. This has not been our experience in the past when visiting other dealerships in the DC area. We will definitely come back to Miller Honda and Dave Johnson in the future. More
