I was offered a great price and bought the car on the spot. I was even more impressed when they all stayed well past closing to make sure all the details were handled. We were planning to purchase a new 2012 Honda CRV. We had planned to visit various agencies and had talked with some by phone and had visited others. We stopped at Miller Honda in Winchester which was to be the first of three dealerships that we were planning to visit that day. We were greeted by Dave Johnson who was very friendly and courteous. We told him we intended to purchase a car that day and he went out of his way to help us with the purchase. We already knew the color we wanted and the model and had done our homework on pricing, etc via internet. This dealership was extremely helpful and cooperative and met our needs exactly. We were quite impressed with the entire process from beginning to end. The sales manager was very helpful in making this an easy decision for us as he made it possible for us to come to a price agreement quickly. Page Baldwin was excellent in preparing all the papers for signature and quickly led us through that entire financial process effortlessly. We love the car and were so happy with the entire experience that I accompanied our daughter to this dealership the next day and she also purchased a 2012 CRV. Again, Sales representative, Dave Johnson, the sales manager (sorry can't remember his name) and Page Baldwin treated her as professionally as we had been treated. I live in Northern Virginia, but I decided to drive out to Miller Honda in Winchester to compare prices at a Honda dealership outside of the city. That turned out to be a good decision. It was really nice to be able to test drive a car on a quiet, uncongested highway; much easier than trying to get a feel for a vehicle while sitting in city traffic! The trip out to Miller was also well worth it because they beat the best price I had gotten in Northern Virginia by $800 and I didn't have to spend half my day haggling with them to get it! Great Dealership with plenty of selection. No high pressure sales tactics, no pricing games, very relaxed environment to buy a car, but everyone was professional, knowledgable and friendly. George Waymack was easy to work with, answered all of my questions and provided what is probably the easiest and most enjoyable car buying experience I've had. When it came to talking numbers with Sheila the sales manager, she was very straight forward, no nonsense and easy to work with. Financing was a breeze and I didn't have to spend hours filling out paperwork. Some dealerships I went to almost made it feel like I was interrupting them, like they had something better to do than than sell cars to customers? Showed up early the next day to do the paperwork which was ready to go. It would have taken less than an hour but I decided to add the extended warranty which added some time. Probably the best car buying experience I have ever had. No games, friendly, fast, professional, what more can you ask for? Glad I stopped by on a whim to check out colors! More

Purchased a new CRV from Miller Honda in Winchester VA. Decided to add back up sensor ($857) and, unfortinately, tone is so high pitched my husband cannot hear it all all. According to National Institute of Health 15 percent (26 million) Americans cannot hear high pitched tones because of military service (my husband's case), etc. Miller Honda could care less...we traded/paid cash for balance for the vehicle (CRV) -- our problem - Honda bends over backwards to get your money...after that...screw you!!!!! I can promise Honda Corporate this will be the very last Honda I will help purchase!!!!!! More
