The best car buying experience I went to Billy Craft Honda just to look at cars and get an idea of prices, features and after purchase service and warranties. I had no intention of buying a car; I was just there for background information. I had the great fortune to work with Jessie Hicks who is extremely professional and personable.. She and I spent some time talking about what I was looking for and the price range I wanted to stay in. She had several cars in mind for me to look at and the first car was absolutely perfect. I felt very comfortable throughout the buying process, dealing with all the decisions I had to make before signing a contract.. Everything was explained to me, there was no hard selling, it was all about what would make me happy buying a Honda and what would keep me satisfied in the future about owning that Honda. I now understand why Hondas and this dealership have such a great reputation in this town.
