I was met by Gary Crawford whom I had chatted with on the internet the night before. After test driving the Santa Fe it was apparent that I wanted a lot of car for a little bit of money. Gary was very helpful in helping me decide on another option. That's when we looked at the Sonata and I knew that was the car for me. The whole Hyundai team was very helpful and worked with me on the whole process. For this was the first time I've purchased a car alone. Amazing fast experience I want to start this off by saying we in no way were planning on buying a car today. We previously had a 2000 Ford Windstar that has been starting to I want to start this off by saying we in no way were planning on buying a car today. We previously had a 2000 Ford Windstar that has been starting to see its age and had just recently put on a brand new axle. While out driving yesterday it started to act up again. I have known Yvette, Larry, and Chris for years and when we wanted to see if there was anyway we could get into a new car I knew they were the ones to contact. I emailed Yvette last night and asked if she thought she could help us. After sending in the online credit application along with emailing what we were looking for and what we had for a trade, and what payment we were looking for we received a call later today from Chris saying that we were approved with a payment in our range, along with a vehicle that met all of our needs. When we pulled up to the dealership Chris was right there waiting for us and the car was almost up from the detail department. We went inside and got a few preliminary items out of the way, and then went on our test drive. When we got back we both said we loved the car and were ready to make it happen. While we were gone Yvette had been working on the paperwork so we could make it a very fast process. We did end up getting extended warranty and GAP insurance which put us a bit over our payment but knew that it was worth the extra dollars. My wife and I want to thank Larry Wallace, Yvette Crews and Chris Burnette from the bottom of our hearts on how great the customer service was along with being able to make something happen so fast! You all are a great team and I will definitely recommend anyone we know to come and see you along with any future purchases we may make. We have become Gateway buyers for life! More
