Outstanding Experience I arrived for my appointment to have a door handle replaced on my 2010 Hyundai Sonata. I was greeted by Joe Conte, who asked if he could take a minut I arrived for my appointment to have a door handle replaced on my 2010 Hyundai Sonata. I was greeted by Joe Conte, who asked if he could take a minute to show me something. We walked around the corner and there was the 2015 Hyundai Elantra SE. I had seen several on the highway and admired them, but I didn't think that I was in financial shape to trade cars due to a couple of financial issues. Joe asked if he could try to work something out for me. Reluctantl I said yes, and he immediately went to work. I sat at the table and admired the various cars as they passed by, and used the time to relax my mind. He asked if I was able to make a down payment, and fortunately I was. To my surprise, Joe was able to overcome the financial issues, and I was approved with a lower interest rate that I expected. The last stop for me was meeting with Jeff Hunter in Finance to sign all the paperwork and ask any questions. We talked and laughed while going over the papers, and I was told what papers I needed to bring back the next day. I was handed the keys, and with a handshake I had purchased a new car. Of all the cars that I have ever purchased, this is the first time that the experience was exciting and not stressful. Joe Conte knew that I am a diabetic, and he checked on me constantly and brought me packs of peanut butter crackers and water. He was even kind enough to help me transfer my belongings from my old car to the new one. Jeff Hunter kept me laughing and a time that, without him knowing, I was beginning to experience lower back pain from previous surgeries. Although Joe and Jeff are the two that I dealt with, all of the employees at Gateway spoke to me as they passed by where I was sitting and asked if I needed anything. Gateway Hyundai is the most professionally run and customer-focused dealership that I have ever dealt with. When you walk in the door, you are instantly treated as if you are a friend and that they are there to assist you. I highly recommend Gateway Hyundai to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle, or have servicing performed. You won't regret it. More

( I'm 77 years old). He listen to me and my auto requirements and never pressured me in any way. I did not find what I was looking for that day and left. He said that he would stay in touch and He did. I checked the Honda dealer as well but did not receive the same interest or courtesy. He called a few days later with a possible selection that he thought I would like. I went to the dealership the same day, saw the 2015 Tucson, and bought it within the hour. My wife and I really like the car and were very impressed with the professionalism and the patience shown us by Brian McCaffity. My sales consultant Valerie was very polite, knowledgeable, answered all my questions and showed us several vehicles with various options and trim levels . Her boss Kim was very helpful in going over the financial aspects of the deal. At no time were we "pushed" into making a purchase. We completed the entire transaction including a test drive in less than 3 hours. The Santa Fe is loaded with tech and it will take us a while to move up the learning curve. I have contacted the Hyundai customer assistance center with several questions and they have been very helpful in improving our understanding of the many sophisticated features of the Santa Fe. More

Chris helped us out and did such an amazing job at finding the right vehicle for us and explaining everything about the vehicle we might would have a question about before we could even think to ask. We also have a little girl, just over 1 yr, and ALL of the staff at Gateway was so kind to her, she loved being there through the whole experience which made it even easier for us. I'm proud and happy to have gotten our new vehicle from there and would definitely recommend anyone considering buying a new vehicle to go there! Amaziing Experience!!! I thoroughly enjoyed my experience with Gateway Hyundai. My salesman Anthony Hazelwood was the best. He answered all my questions and even went above I thoroughly enjoyed my experience with Gateway Hyundai. My salesman Anthony Hazelwood was the best. He answered all my questions and even went above and beyond the call of duty to the point that I brought my daughter to see him and he sold her a car. Mr. Hazelwood continued to contact me even after the sale and advised that I could call if I had any questions. This dealership worked very hard to get me and my daughter into new vehicles and with out the help of Anthony Hazelwood I don't think this would have been possible.
