Friendly staff but lacking in other areas Everyone is exceptionally nice and they go out of their way to greet you and assist you when you visit the dealership. I found their prices a little higher than other dealerships but the purchasing process went OK. Disappointed in the cleanliness of the vehicle - it only got a quickie cleaning and the interior was dusty/inside glass dirty. Also has a permanent stain/mark on the rear armrest from removal of the protective strip which the dealership was not able to get off when I took it back in. Overall, purchasing experience was OK, nothing remarkable, just normal car buying haggling. I haven't had any service work done yet, but the parts department was friendly and helpful when I interacted with them to pick up my cargo cover. Phones are answered quickly and minimum hold time. The person who sold me my vehicle was quick to respond to my e-mails and concerns. Customer service seems to be very good from what I have observed so far, with the exception of not getting the stain off of my armrest and telling me that nobody will probably notice. More
