2017 Hyundai Tucson Purchase I loved the salesman, Milton. He respected the fact that I had done my research and didn't overexplain in an effort to sell the vehicle. He was low-pressure, which ultimately was one of the reasons we chose this car over another make/model. I didn't appreciate the finance guy throwing in a warranty we didn't need and then presenting us with a non-itemized offer. Once I insisted on an itemized offer upon being quoted an insanely high monthly payment, there were a few things that were unnecessarily added on without asking if we wanted them. A less savvy customer could have been tricked into overpaying without knowing what they were getting and I found that unfair. I was ultimately happy with the deal we got, but was not a fan of the initial negotiation tactics used by the finance staff. More

Hyundai Veloster Was informed that the Bluelink remote start feature was included. After installing the app it said the service wasn't available for my vehicle. I wi Was informed that the Bluelink remote start feature was included. After installing the app it said the service wasn't available for my vehicle. I will not be subscribing to Bluelink in the future because of this. If I reached it in error please let me know if I can correct it. Overall great experience. Was not very impressed with the three gentleman at the door. They didn't open the doors for my wife and I during our visit and only one of them said good morning they were busy on their cell phones(this happened on separate days during my 2 visits). Charlotte was amazingly friendly, helpful and prompt with phone calls. The Gentleman that did our delivery was top notch (I forgot his name) very engaging and personable. Thank you for the awesome experience I will be coming back!! Thanks again guys!! More
