It was an easy decision Colonial Hyundai has constantly earned our business and our trust over the decade since we bought our first Hyundai from them. It was an easy decision to buy our latest car from them as well. The Sonata has great ratings and our first one, a 2007, hasn't let us down. We expect the same from our 2017 and know that Colonial Hyundai will stand by us for the next 10 years as they did the last 10! More

Purchased new Elantra Everything was really amazing with this dealer. They definitely blew my mind and are probably the best location I have ever bought a car from. They upgraded the vehicle for a lower price and really went above and beyond to meet us where we were. My only disappointment is due to receiving only one key at the time of purchase and being told that due to the "service department being swamped" the salesman was unable to have a duplicate key made right then even though it apparently "only takes 10 minutes." This is a problem because I handle all of my mother's affairs and live in Baltimore and was leaving the next day (Sunday). Therefore, I must come back to another Hyundai dealer to have one made--I may not be back down to VA for two months. It is very inconvenient that a work-around could not be established to make this process smoother for the car buyer. The buyer shouldn't have to return back to the dealer for anything. More

Stranded on the highway Our 08 Hyundai Santa Fe died 480 miles from home. While the service department was figuring out if it was worth repairing, we took a look around the showroom and struck up a conversation with Jason. A couple stranded on the roadside could have been an easy target to be taken advantage of, but not here. Jason showed us around with absolutely zero pressure to buy. We looked at some new and used; then test drove 2. We decided to buy, but were stuck because we needed a hitch to pull the trailer home. No problem for Colonial. They arranged to have a hitch installed and even put us up in a hotel for the night while the hitch was being installed. Sales Manager Talal was involved in the process and ensured that everything went smoothly. Both Jason and Talal took the time to understand our situation, needs & wants in a vehicle, and how to put everything together. Truly a team effort. Absolutely the best customer service I've seen anywhere at any time. This is Southern Hospitality at its best. More
