I thoroughly enjoyed working with Tom Farlow. He greeted me as I got out of my older CR-V and offered his assistance. Having done my research on the internet comparing the CR-V and other similar vehicles a me as I got out of my older CR-V and offered his assistance. Having done my research on the internet comparing the CR-V and other similar vehicles and knowing exactly what I wanted, I told him I wanted a new CR-V with heated seats. He worked very hard to make that happen. He has a wonderful sense of humor and I never once felt uncomfortable or awkward working with him. He explained the new car differences (with my older CR-V) and made the whole time-consuming purchase process much easier. Kudos to Jennie Lockett, Business Development Center Director, who went out of her way to obtain information for me when Tom was unavailable. She and Tom and so many other Colonial Honda employees made my experience with buying a new CR-V an outstanding experience. My wife and I were told we could "walk out with a check" upon trading in our 2 Honda Civic Hybrids for a new Honda CR-V 4W. They knew one of our cars had a small payoff. Next day, we came to a check" upon trading in our 2 Honda Civic Hybrids for a new Honda CR-V 4W. They knew one of our cars had a small payoff. Next day, we came to consumate the deal, and as we started to sign the paperwork, I asked to see the check to us to make sure it was the right amount. I was told that "T" was working on it on the computer in front of us to get it cut, but we were shown the amount the check would be written for on paper, which was correct. Then, we're shifted into another room with a different person to finish off the paperwork, and just after our last document is signed and the plates are off our old cars, we're told, 'Oh, didn't they tell you? We have to wait ten days to give you your check so we have time to get the old title in from the finance company (USAA, by the way-not exactly a fly-by-night company, who had already provided them the pay-off.) "T" says he'll try to get the issue resolved with the dealership owner the next day. Next day, "T" calls back to tell me that the owner will not bend, and we'll just have to wait until USAA gets them the title. I wonder if they will wait 10 days before displaying our used cars on their lot for sale? I also was irritated by their pressure sales tactics - telling us '2-3 people were already interested' in the car they wanted to sell us, when it appeared to us they were doing so badly with new car sales that they barely had a dozen new vehicles diplsyed on the lot. We really needed that check.I told them we would never do business with them again. More
We were greeted in the parking lot before even getting out of our vehicle, before the dealership even opened. He knew all the vehicles on the lot very well and was able to match us with the best vehicle to suite our needs. Paperwork part was very organized and quick, and they made sure to run the numbers to get us the best deal. What we wanted for amonthly payment was matched, almost to the exact dollar we asked for. He made sure to explain all the vehicles extras and made sure I understood how to work everything before driving off the lot. He was quick to activate our XM radio. He helped us clean out our old car and kept us company while we waited for the new car to be detailed, talking about similiar interests, which really made us feel like we were making a new friend. This dealership was amazing and I would recommend them to anyone I know. I will definatly be going back there for any future purchases. More

I have purchased 2 Honda's from Colonial Honda, a 2007 Ridgeline RTL and a 2011 Accord EX-L. Great cars plus I receive great service from Colonial Honda. Great service without delays is one reason I continue to return to Colonial Honda. Great job Daniel!!! I purchased a 1999 Honda Civic from Pearson Honda and had to quit duing bussiness with them. I paid too much for the purchase and waiting was too long for oil changes. I suspected tires weren't being rotated so I marked the front tires with white-out! Sure enough tires were not rotated. I totally lost faith in Pearson Honda as a reputable Honda Dealer. More
