Ty spent many hours with me. I test drove several vehicles. He honored all of my requests. He even arranged that I could take a car home overnight to be sure that I liked it. Gordon Winfield is my sales person... I have purchased 5 cars from him and have always been treated fairly, honestly, and as a friend... plus he is funny but purposeful gentlemen... Everyone I came into contact with was very friendly. I felt that Richard was very honest and upfront with me. Unfortunately honesty is not a term usually associated with car sales people, but Richard cer felt that Richard was very honest and upfront with me. I told Mr. Cooley right from the start what I was looking for and that there were no exceptions. I was looking to trade in my current vehicle for a comparable used vehicle with NO financing. Much to my surprise, I left that day with exactly what I came in looking for! I got a beautiful used Honda CRV, they made a VERY fair offer on my used vehicle, and a VERY fair offer on the CRV which led to me leaving that day with a great car and no financing...just what I wanted! Mr. Cooley was great to work with, did not pressure me, and listened to what I wanted/needed and led me to the perfect vehicle that fit just what I wanted and needed. We set up an appointment to come into the dealership and were promptly greeted upon our arrival. We were both impressed by how nice the dealership looked and how friendly the entire staff was towards us. Todd Eggleston introduced us to Richard Miller, our sales associate. Richard was a great help in showing us the different model levels and features of the Honda Pilot. Once we decided on a model he went over several financing options and quickly answered all of our questions. We were able to trade in our old car and purchase a new one at a good price. The overall process was a pleasent one and we are very happy with our new Honda. If you are in the market for a new or used Honda I would highly recommend this dealership. More
