Angela and my wife hit it off immediately once we arrived at the dealership. Angela was friendly, funny and just down to earth, the kind of woman you would be proud to call your daughter or sister. My wife wanted to add mud flaps to the vehicle but forgot to mention this prior to our arrival at the dealership. Angela immediately had the car in service to add the mud flaps and the work was done before we finished buying the car. In addition, Angela walked me and my wife through the functions on the vehicle and helped my wife link up her cell phone and audio devices. Eric Halprin at Colonial Honda really surprised me. First of all he listened to what i was looking at already, took into account my specific needs, and recommended me to come by and look at a honda accord he thought and knew would satisfy my spoiled needs, fit the requirements i had for budget and features and make me happy. Just because he listened to me and didnt try to push me into something that didnt make sense. Car buying experiences are an interesting beast, usually overwhelmed by pushy people trying to put you in something they like, not what you like or need. this experience was the exact opposite. Upon walking into Colonial Honda i was instantly greeted with a smile by other sales people that werent even helping me, they knew i was there to see Eric. Management was very friendly and above all, they were there to make me a satisfied customer and work with me and my specific needs, and they made it happen.
