Angela Ramsey did a great job. I made it clear to her that I wanted to make a deal without playing the typical car buying games that are so typical at most dealerships. She was professional, and did everything she could to make the process happen smoothly and quickly. On a negative note, I almost walked away because of the attitude of Tim Cosgrove (sales manager). When I questioned what I perceived as a very low trade in offer, Tim was condescending, rude and very unprofessional. His quote to me was that I "was in no position to strong arm him into an unrealistic offer" for my trade. Tim came across as that old school car salesman that gives the industry it's bad reputation. In the end, Colonial Honda had the vehicle I wanted and Angela was a consummate professional in the way she handled our transaction. She's the reason I ultimately bought and the reason I would recommend others to Colonial Honda. More

I orginally dealt with Kia via the internet. The initial quote was reasonable I felt and she was very professional. Buying a vehicle is not my favorite thing to do. It is typically stressful and I really do not like negotiating a price back and forth. I decided to visit the dealer with the intention of buying soon. I had been looking for month or so. Regarding the initial price, I was actually told by another dealer that I would not be able to buy for that price. I visited the dealer and was asked if I was ready to buy today. I advised her that depends on the price. I was told the price is what I quoted you yesterday. Bottom line was the process was fairly stress free. The salesman and finance manager were very professional and handled things very well. This is not that abnormal when buying a vehicle on that first day unfortunately. However, I sincerely believe my return trips for issues or concerns will be handled just as professionally. All questions that day were answered without hesitation and honestly in my opinion. I am very thorough and forward with my questions and the staff never stumbled or gave me any indication that they were there for any reason other than to satisfy my every concern. One of the reasons I decided to return to Colonial Honda after initially looking at used cars was because the salesman genuinely took interest in my needs and interests. He asked me a few questions, pointed me to what I was looking for, and made some honest suggestions/recommendations. I took a week to think about my options and was introduced to another salesman on my second visit; neither of the Honda sales representatives were pushy, manipulative, or deceitful, which I find a huge turn off when shopping for cars. They were very attentive, sensitive, and intentional in the entire sales process. I ended up purchasing a new car instead of a used vehicle, but I am very satisfied with my final purchase and overall experience at Colonial Honda. Although I am in love with my new Honda, I have to say that the service is just as phenomenal. Without hesitation, I would refer any perspective Honda buyers to Walter Cooke from Colonial Honda.
