My experience at Colonial Honda was great! Robert Johnson was amazing at helping me get the car I wanted for a great price. He was totally professional and graceful through the whole process! I am a first time buyer and he worked diligently with me to figure out what car would best fit me because not only am I a first time buyer but I am a new driver as well. My process went smooth and I had no issues, concerns or problems at all at the end of my transaction. I will definitely be referring customers not only to Colonial Honda but preferably to Robert Johnson because he truly helped me. Robert Johnson has a genuine spirit about him and you can see his ambition and his hunger to grow in the business and to become the best sales representative possible. I am forever indebted to him! This is our third Honda, the second from Colonial Honda and they seem to be built wery well. I bought this Civic for my daughter who is a junior in college and I wanted something depenable for her. It will get her through school and into her first job. After that she can get what she wants. She has a 2002 Civic now and likes it. This will be a surprise Christmas present for her. Charlie Jones was my salesperson and he was great! Very knowledgeable and precise. He seems like a truly good person and they are hard to find now a days. If I get another Honda I will call Charlie. Todd the sales manager was also very helpfull. He gave me a better deal than I thought I was going to get. Charlie even found me a big red bow to put on the car on Christmas morning!!! Out of the 4 dealerships that I contacted, only Colonial Honda honored this request. I also felt that Melissa gave us the best price from the beginning and my husband nor I felt the need to "haggle". Wendy has a wonderful personality and we were very pleased with all of the extra efforts she made to make us feel comfortable throughout the whole process. We will definitely be return customers and we will also be sure to spread the word. It was WELL worth the drive & I love my new car! More
Where to start... From the first call, the girl who transferred me was rude and he salesman seemed upset that I didn't have the car's id number (sorry to burden him to look it up). He also rudely cut me off (i was trying to explain that I wasn't in front of a computer) and told me to "hold tight" when he had to look it up. I was about to not even look at the car because of the awful costumer service and experience thus far from a simple phone conversation. The sales associate was unknowledgable. For most questions, it was easier to look up the answers. I had to look up what type of oil, specs on car since he didn't know OR worse, he would give the wrong information. He told me the wrong horsepower, maybe took synthetic oil, unsure of missing piece in emergency kit- "probably just a fix a flat or nothing goes there" and those are only the things I KNOW was incorrectly told to me. It took a very long time for processing when they knew I was coming with a full check from my bank. Not sure how long the normal transaction takes but 2.5 hours seemed bit ridiculous. The woman who filed all the paperwork was very courteous, professional and friendly. However, the wrong car is listed on my registration (may be dmv's fault). The sales associate called and literally yelled at my husband about the negotiated price and that " he was paying out of pocket" for an oil change that was also negotiated. The car was priced right and dealership was clean and had a great appearance. After this experience, I would definitely not recommend this dealership UNLESS you can get a good deal on something. **I was contacted after this review and they seem very diligent on correcting the areas that fell short with my purchasing experience. They corrected the registration in a timely manner, which was DMV's fault (but still unsure why it wasn't checked before Colonial handed it to me). Unfortunately, even though they are addressing the issues internally, it still doesn't change my initial negative customer service experience. More

I must have test driven at least ten different cars. James was very patient. He answered all of my questions and wanted to make sure I got the right experience and the right car. Rebekah was wonderful to work with as well. She explained everything in my paperwork and broke stuff down so I could understand it. If you go anywhere besides Colonial Honda, you are definitely missing out. More
