There are three Honda dealerships that are closer to us than Colonial Honda, but we had such a good experience when we bought our 2006 Accord from you, that we did not hesitate coming back. As pleasurable as the experience was in 2006, the purchase of the 2014 Accord was even better. Richard did a great job. He was courtesy and very knowledgeable. His response time was unbelievable and it did not seem to matter what time I emailed or what question that I might have. He was always right there with an answer. The quality of service continued to be first class with our visit to Colonial Honda to sign all of the papers for the purchase of the 2014 Accord. Richard, Rebekah and yourself made my wife and I feel right at home with the buying experience. Everything was fully explained but yet no pressure was applied. As a business owner myself, I know you hear alot about the bad experiences and not enough about the good ones. I will highly recommend Colonial Honda, Richard and yourself. I would recommend Rebekah too but I know I have little direction to which finance person a customer gets. ha ha Once again, it was a great buying experience and I want to thank each and every one of you. Colonial Honda worked with me to get me to my goal, was open and honest regarding my trade vehicle, and overall treated me with respect throughout the process-which is great considering I was buying a used non Honda vehicle and my transaction probably didn't represent big bucks for them. I would definitely recommend them to anyone wishing for an open and honest experience. More

He did a very thorough job explaining the 2014 CR-V features to my daughter during a comprehensive test drive and followed up with a house visit once we surprised her with the vehicle Christmas morning! His level of expertise and no-pressure sales style was greatly appreciated and interactions with the sales management team and financial representative were friendly and professional. The greatest compliment I can give is that the entire transaction was a study in how automobile purchasing should be for the consumer. My only regret is that the CR-V will reside out of state and that we will not get to enjoy the service department at Colonial; hopefully the dealerships that my daughter will employ for service are as good as Colonial. Thank you again to Mr. Kysor who will sell me my next Honda! More

I have bought many cars in the past, but this was quick easy and especially fun. Walter was a duplicate "father figure" to me, and was very thorough in his discussion about the car and features. We got to the dealership early, just before working hours but Kimberly approached us and offered to help. It just so happens we wanted a particular vehicle and had already gotten information on features and but Kimberly approached us and offered to help. She was very professional and guided us through the pricing and when we stated we had a offer that was $1,000 less, she worked with us to narrow the gap. When we stated we were going to go to a competitor to compare, she did what she could on her level to meet our price and also got her manager to work with us to finalize a deal. We are very happy with our purchase and appreciate everything Kimberly did to make that happen. After the sale, she worked with us to get us on the road and followed up the next day to make sure we were doing ok or had any questions. We would return to her and the dealership again and recommend both to our friends. More

From the moment we got out of our car, we were greeted by polite, professional but not stuffy, helpful personnel. He was knowledgeable, thorough, efficient and did not make it seem so run of the mill. His personality and ability to talk to anyone and everyone made the process less robot like and more a person to person deal. The clerk we dealt with (I do not remember her name) was also very easy to deal with and not so stiff. She was easy to talk with but thorough and knowledgeable. The whole process was so quick and easy it was hard to believe we had just purchased a car. We will go back and deal with Mr. Gordon Winfield when we need another car. When you get the best you have seen anywhere on the first go round, you do not change. He is A plus in our book, a 10 out of 10. We cannot say enough about how he treated us. Everyone at the dealership was wonderful. We will probably buy our next car there also. Matter of fact, we took our daughter there the next week when she thought they would be getting a new car when employment out of the area was facing them. If we would refer our own daughter there, then you know we would refer the dealership to others and especially the salesman wherever he may be. More

James Parker did an excellent job explaining the features of my new Honda Odyssey. The original price that was provided was higher than prices I had received from two other dealerships, but Mr. Parker worked of my new Honda Odyssey. The original price that was provided was higher than prices I had received from two other dealerships, but Mr. Parker worked with management and met their price to my satisfaction. He is a very down to earth person, which makes him easy to talk to and deal with. I was a little disappointed that the financing department said they could not take my l my application number from the Virginia Credit Union and told me that I should finance through Honda and then refinance through my credit union. The credit union was not open on Saturday afternoon. The credit union provided me with their fax number and had said that the dealership generally don't have a problem with waiting until Monday to fax the paperwork. In hindsight, I should have waited until Monday to purchase my vehicle. Too much time was spent filling out papers to see if we qualified to financing, which I was already pre-approved for through my credit union. I also did not like the fact that the questions that they asked me revealed my income level, which I felt affected the original price that I was given on the vehicle. In the end, I felt that I got a great deal, but overall, I thought we spent way too much time at the dealership. If Colonial Honda had not come down on the price, I would have purchased my vehicle at Roanoke Rapids Honda. I had the price in writing in an e-mail. I actually purchased a Honda Accord from Colonial Honda in 2004 and they automatically beat the price of the other dealerships that I had checked with. In the end I am happy with my purchase and I think James Parker is a good salesman. More
