When I visited the dealership that day, I had not planned to purchase a car. I was driving a 2000 Honda Accord EX at the time and had surfed the website the night before for cars, so my intention was to se to purchase a car. Maurice asked if he could assist us, my husband told him I wanted to look at some used cars. I told him I was just looking, he showed me where the used Honda Accords were and went back inside. After awhile he came out and asked if I saw anything I liked. I told him I liked the 2013 Honda Accord EX-L, and he asked if I wanted to test drive it. I told him no, because I still had not planned on buying a car that day. My husband talked me into test driving it, and I fell in love with it. Maurice was was very professional and accomodating. He never pressured me into buying the car. Whenever anyone compliments me on the car, I tell them that Maurice Studivant is the saleperson to see at Colonial Honda if they want one. He was not only good at his job but went out of his way to make sure I knew everything there was to know about my new buy and he made sure I was not being blindsided at all. I have no complaints to make at all regarding Colonial Honda. The employees were all positive, helpful, and down-to-earth. I was sold a reliable car from a perfect employee. I was sent to Mr. Farlow from a friend and I walked away super content. I will recommend him whenever possible and hope that I get to see him more often when dealing with my new car! I went to Colonial Honda on January 28, 2014 to drop off my 2010 Honda Ridgeline for its 100,000 mile service, which I had purchased from Colonial Honda. I had been thinking about trading it in for a new Ri my 2010 Honda Ridgeline for its 100,000 mile service, which I had purchased from Colonial Honda. I had been thinking about trading it in for a new Ridgeline or CRV, I had spoken with Maurice on January 27, 2014 and told him I may be considering trading in my Ridgeline. He was scheduled to be off on the 28th, but he told me he would come in to meet me, even though I wasn't quite sure I was going to trade for a new vehicle. I had first told him I might be interested in purchasing another Ridgeline, because I really loved the versitility of it. However, with my long commute to work, the MPG was an issue. So my husband and I decided to check out the CRV instead. We were very impressed with Maurice's knowledge of the CRV, and after he found out which options and color we wanted, he searched out the car in the lot and went out in the freezing cold and snow showers to get it and bring it up to the door while we waited inside in the warm showroom. He worked with us until he was sure we were satisfied with our decision. We were offered an acceptable amount for our Ridgeline and we decided to purchase the 2014 CRV EX-L. This was our third vehicle (2008 & 2010 Ridgelines and now the 2014 CRV) we purchased through Colonial Honda and we have always been more than satisfied with the treatment of service we have received. Grace Tanner also made the purchase of the extended warrenty and the environmental package, and the gap insurance easy. She took the time to explain all the options to us and helped us decide which options would be practical for us. We are also looking forward to working with Colonial Honda's service department as we always bring our vehicles in for all routine maintenance and any other service issues, which have always been few and far inbetween. We're always treated with respect and courtesy at Colonial Honda. We will definately continue to bring our business to Colonial Honda! Thank you again Maurice, Grace and all the Colonial Honda team! I actually showed up when the dealership was closing to make final arrangement for a car viewed online. I was concerned about showing up and finding out afterward that the price of the vehicle would be mor make final arrangement for a car viewed online. I was concerned about showing up and finding out afterward that the price of the vehicle would be more than advertised or that there would be some type of loophole involved. Thankfully, there was not. The at was as advertised and the price was excellent. I was so happy. I hope when I ever buy a car again that the experience can be the same. Everyone was very expedient about the transaction and this purchas was very stress-free. I wa surprised that they let me stay despite te dealership was closing or getting ready to close when I got there. I think the sales associate and financial manager handled everything with grace. More
