My experience was a breeze. I got exactly what I wanted in a decent time frame. Jimmy was very attentive and thorough. I felt like he looked out for me and my finances. I am very pleased with my vehicle and the amount my payments ended up at. I will definitely return to this dealership for all my service needs even though it is not the closest one to where I live. Jimmy even took the time to come out to the car with me after purchase and spent about 45 minutes teaching me how to work all the features and gadgets. I love my car! More

All of the employees I interacted with were very knowledgeable and acted professionally. The price I was initially given was very good, and they even matched a lower one I received from a competito knowledgeable and acted professionally. The process was fairly smooth, although it wasn't the quickest in the world (it's not their fault, they were very busy on that Saturday afternoon). All in all, I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone purchasing a new Honda. More

I found both Mr. Walter Cooke and Mr. John Ward very pleasant, easy to work with, knowledgeable and professional. Tonight I took the car back to the dealership as I couldn't figure out why there was a blinking red light on the dash board when I exited the car. Mr. Cooke was likewise baffled and enlisted the assistance of a service dept. rep. After consulting the manual and googling it, it was believed it is the security light now located in a different spot. I appreciated the immediate attention the problem was given. More
We were so pleased to meet and work with Charlie Jones! He knew so much about the cars and just made us feel at home. After we made our car choice, he told us he knew we were going to switch from the CRV He knew so much about the cars and just made us feel at home. We know that anyone who meets Charlie will feel like they have known him all of their lives! Even after the sale he has checked in on us and always lets us know if we need anything or have any questions that he is there to help. It was also a great experience to meet and work with Grace Tanner. She definately knows her job and was able to explain everything to us as we went over the paperwork and warranty information. It doesn't get any better than Grace! It was also great meeting Todd Eggleston! Larry was really impressed with him and was able to agree quickly on the bottom line price! Todd has also followed up after the sale to see how we are liking the Honda! What a great team of people! We do need to share our concerns with John Ward. Honda almost lost a sale because of him. The first day we came in John did not try to work with us. It was the end of the business day and he was in a hurry to leave. I told him that we were also looking at a Hyundai and he pointed to next door and said they had them over there. He said he could not work with the offer we made on the Honda Accord. Charlie called us the following day and asked us to come back to the dealership and I went and spoke to him and Todd. What a difference! This sale would have never happened without Charlie and Todd!
