The personal service Mr. Stone provided was exceptional. He approached me as I was waiting for my 2010 Civic to be serviced. Initially I was not planning on test driving a new Civic, but, had been contemplating trading for a new Civic. Mr. Stone was very friendly and willing to help with what my needs were. We went to look at the 2014 Civics and I immediately saw one which a Crimson colored one. Mr. Stone gladly obtained the key so we could take a test drive. He explained all the new features to me before we left the lot. I immediately loved the car, the advanced technology which makes the car more Driver friendly as well as the safety features and color sold me. Needless to say I considered making the trade. Once we discussed the financial aspects of making the trade as well as the current Sales Event making it a little easier for me to make the purchase the same day. My overall experience with being a Customer at Colonial Honda has been exceptional. More

I could not have asked for more professional, go getter than Bill. He did everything possible to help secure financing and making sure the purchase was easy. This is the second Honda Accord that I have bought in a year, and the salesmanship and culture of Colonial Honda was superior to their competitor. This was a friendly, non-competitive environment. Mostly, I told them the amount I wanted to pay, and they came very close on the first offer. I do not care for haggling; in fact, it really is a ridiculous exercise. Just give me your best price to begin with and don't waste my time running back and forth. I also really liked having a woman salesperson. She was fast and dealt with my sale with urgency. It was very impressive. I was also impressed with John Ward, the sales and finance director. He too worked with urgency to get my deal closed quickly. Thanks to all. More
