Since I had a lot of questons and had to call my husband a half dozen times about the price and financing, he was very patient and worked with me. I was trying to decide if I wanted to trade in now or wait six months. His attitude helped me decinde on now.This was my third straight new Honda Accord and when we settled on a payment just $25 dollars more than my old payment, I drove the car home. i get all my inspections and oil changes at Colonial Honda and plan to return in about 3 years for another good car, More
This (MARCH 2014) was my second experience with Colonial Honda since 2009. my wife has had 2 experiences with them as well (once in 2010 and once in 2012). I have always been impressed with their friendliness, professionalism, and making sure your needs and service are taken care of. Your sales person, Richard Miller, is by far the BEST car salesman I have ever dealt with, my wife has dealt with him as well. He is extremely friendly, courteous, patient, professional, knowledgeable, honest, and goes out of his way to get you the vehicle you want at the price you want. My wife and I both like him a lot. As rating your sales staff goes (if the rating is from 0 to 10), I have to rate Richard a 50, for he is OUTSTANDING, he exceeds excellent. It is difficult to imagine having a better experience buying a new car. I spoke with a good number of dealers, and Richard Miller at Colonial Honda was the best -- by far. Richard gave us a great price right off the bat (no painful back and forth negotiating with his manager like at most other dealerships) and even agreed to deliver our new Odyssey to our house 125 miles away from the dealership. He scheduled the delivery for 6:30 p.m. so that we wouldn't have to take off from work to get the van. He and his colleague then stayed at our house until 9:00 p.m. to show us all the features of the new Odyssey. They then had to make the 125-mile drive back home. Our only regret in this process is that the Odyssey will last so long that we won't have the pleasure of dealing with Richard again in the near future. I cannot recommend him highly enough. More

Let me start by saying that I'm like most people who go to car dealerships to look at vehicles. The last thing we want is a salesman stalking us around the lot trying to make a sale. I entered the dealership not intending to purchase a vehicle but instead service one of my current vehicles. My family as well as myself were greeted by a salesman by the name of Robert Johnson. Within 10 minutes Robert had me behind the wheel of my new car. He is far from your typical annoying salesman who only pesters you regarding purchasing a vehicle. Robert even took it upon himself to keep my children entertained. To my surprise, the purchasing process was just as pleasant as Robert. I recommend anyone who plans to purchase a vehicle take a trip over to Colonial Honda and request to deal with Robert Johnson. You wont regret it. More

When going to purchase my first vehicle, Colonial Honda provided me with amazing customer service. I originally was drawn in by Mr. Glenn Seymore and I was glad I made the decision to come right to Colonia provided me with amazing customer service. I originally was drawn in by Mr. Glenn Seymore and I was glad I made the decision to come right to Colonial Honda instead of traveling around looking for a car. Although Mr. Seymore was not available when I arrived, he was able to set me up with Charlie Jones, who was just as good. Since this was my first purchase, Charlie was able to walk me through the purchasing process and give me adequate information concerning my car. He not only showed amazing customer service to me but also to my mother and grandmother. Furthermore, I was able to have a great experience while at the dealership and provided with an amazing first car at a unbeatable price. Both salesmen did a great job in checking back with me and making the car buying process as easy as possible. More
Reading about all these experiences people had buying a new car and negotiating with sales associates, I was really hesitant going through that myself and kept delaying my purchase. But dealing with Jimmy new car and negotiating with sales associates, I was really hesitant going through that myself and kept delaying my purchase. But dealing with Jimmy was real easy and straight forward. He offered me a price (a very good one) the first time I went to the dealership and we talking about the options, etc. And I was out the door with a new car in a jiffy. He presented the options and the best price he can offer without pushing me to buy the car. So it was a good experience and I will recommend my friends to purchase from Colonial. More
I started my research for a Lease vehicle back December 2013. Kia Young promptly contacted me by my preferred method which was e-mail. Not only did she contact me the same day I started my research but she sent me Sales\Specials that was being promoted by Colonial Honda. Although I was contacted by another Honda dealership the same day as Kia that particular dealership did not go the additional steps by following up. Kia was excellent with her contacts by providing information without being overly forceful in her sales. Kia also understood when we told her that we would like to test drive other options of Vehicles before making a final decision. She also gave us the courtesy to allow us to make that decision in February. Once I contacted Kia that we had made our decision and we chose the 2013 Honda Hybrid Civic. She promptly e-mailed me a responds describing the two vehicles she had available on the lot. Kia also made herself available if we needed to meet her on a Sunday (which she was NOT scheduled to work). Fortunately, we were able to make our meeting on a Saturday when she was already scheduled to work. Kia was perfect to work with and she treated us with respect and understanding. This is why I would recommend Colonial Honda and especially Kia Young. More
We were searching for a car for my daughter and just happened to stop in to look at the Honda Civic. Several of her friends have a Civic. This was explained to Dane and he spoke and dealt with Kristen like an adult and taught her about the new car experience explaining everything to her. Of course we had to help with the purchase but we explained to Dane what price we were looking for and he was able to make it happen. By him working with us we were able to put our daughter in a new, very safe, economical, brand new car. She was thrilled to say the least and went out of the dealership that day with a big smile. We spent about 3 days for the entire transaction. We looked the first day. Kristen took her boyfriend over the same afternoon. I took my wife over the next day and we spoke with Dane about our needs. We pretty much sealed the deal with Dane that afternoon. We went home and explained everything to Kristen and she agreed to her end of the bargain. The third day we went with Kristen and signed the papers with Dane. Some reasons I purchased the car form Colonial Honda: Dane was not pushy. He was also very knowledgeable. Great test ride. Dealership was negotiable about the price. Great trade in allowance. Thanks for the great experience. More
