We originally brought our Pilot in for an unscheduled maintenance visit. Once we got it in for service, I asked my Service Manager (Mr Mark Price) if he could recommend a Salesperson who could show us a maintenance visit. Once we got it in for service, I asked my Service Manager (Mr Mark Price) if he could recommend a Salesperson who could show us a new Honda. He introduced us to Mr Glen Seymore. I could tell from the start that we were going to have a positive experience because of the friendly and casual demeanor shown by Mr Seymore. He showed excellent product knowledge and extreme confidence in his sales approach. He didn't use pressure tactics that dooms other salespersons. Mr Seymore was patient and listened to what our needs were,which led us to buy the car that we wanted and not the one that he wanted to sell. I can truly say that my visit to Colonial Honda that day was no to buy a new car. We were simply inquiring and look what happened. Mr Seymore is a consumate and seasoned salesman that will bring a lot of customers to Colonial Honda now and however long that he wishes to remain employed there. Mr Seymore has the "Furlow" seal of approval and I will definitely recommend his services to all my friends. More
I was warmly greeted by an employee before I got to the showroom door. Richard Miller whom I was there to meet was ready for our appointment. He was well informed, eager to please, and patient with me. I am 67, retired and female. ( I buy a car maybe once every 10-15 years.) I was not interested in the top of the line model. It had features I would not use. So I decided on the basic model, yet I wanted to add heated leather seats. He walked me through this process as well, again answering all my questions. He accompanied me to the firm that would install the seats. He walked me through the programming process for locking car doors, interior and exterior lights once I exit car, etc. He has followed up by e-mail already since my visit on Saturday, and its only Monday afternoon. I cannot imagine a smoother visit and experience. I would refer friends to Richard Miller and Colonial Honda with no hesitation. More
Gordon was very patient with me and helped me numerous times when I came in to look at colors, options, and to test drive vehicles. I did not feel pressured and when I was ready he stayed late to help me times when I came in to look at colors, options, and to test drive vehicles. The car was washed, polished and detailed for me to drive home. He also called me a few days after my purchase to ask me if everything was going well with my new vehicle and if I was happy with my purchase. This is the third vehicle my family has purchased from Gordon and Colonial Honda. I would definitely recommend him to a friend. I also was very pleased with the service Rebekah provided when completing my financing. She was very friendly and thorough. More
I currently owned a 2012 Honda Accord Coupe and was bringing my car in for an oil change and inspection. I had been looking online at vehicles with a little more room in order to transport my parennts bringing my car in for an oil change and inspection. Don't get me wrong, my red "baby" took me to numerous doctor appointments and I was truly devoted to it. I owned a civic back in the day and would tell anyone that Honda is the car you want. So I mett with Mr. Nichols and told hime for "kicks and giggles" let's look at the 4 door Honda Accord sedan. He entertained me to the upmost; had mny car appraised/contacted my current financial institution to get the pay off; and most imprtantly listened to all of my concerns. He is a outstanding salesman and people friendly. I stated what I needed and he provided all of my needs. He is an asset to your company and I appreciate Honda as a whole for them going above and beyond to assist me. No doubt, I would be back and recommend all my friends. Job well done!!!!! More

I initially came to Colonial Honda to get my 2006 Honda Ridgeline serviced as I routinely schedule. As I was waiting for my Ridgeline, I walked to lot as usual. As I was about to leave the lot, Wendy approached me and asked me if I had a particular vehicle I was interested. And, I questioned her about the Acura TL on the lot. At that time, she began to answer all my questions and more. We went for a test drive and really enjoyed myself. Needless to say, I purchased the vehicle and I am still enjoying it. I really appreciate Wendy taking the step to reach out to me. (Other sales persons did not approach me at all and I KNOW they saw me on the lot.) I really enjoyed talking with Wendy and I am excited to tell others to come and see her when they are in the market for a vehicle. More
