When we communicated last Wednesday, you seemed happy to take me up on my offer to discuss your experience and see if I might be able to have a positive impact. I actually stayed late that evening to see if you would come in after picking up your vehicle at the other dealer. I most certainly would have done everything in my power to hear your concerns and address them, but unfortunately I did not get the chance to do that, however that option is still open.
