I had picked out the car I wanted on the internet My experience with Colonial Honda was very good. Richard Miller was wonderful to work with. I had picked out the car I wanted on the internet. When I pushed the button that sent my request to dealers, Colonial Honda came back with the best offer for a base car. I was very happy with the offer. Richard contacted me over the internet, and we were able to set up a meeting. The offer was so good that I expected the offer to change when I showed up in person. When I got there we did a test drive ("Get Acquainted Ride"). I was happy with the ride so I said I would take one if he had the color I wanted. They only had a car with Navigation in my color. When I asked for the internet price I was able to get an extra $300 off of the internet price if I took that car. As I really liked the higher priced car better, I took the deal. We then did the accessories that I wanted. I was very happy with the discount I was to given for these. I then purchased the car. The car was ready on the day and time I ask to pick it up. The closing process was easy with no pressure to add on other things. After the purchase, Richard spent a great deal of time helping us set up all of the electronic options and teaching us how to use them. We would highly recommend Richard and Colonial Honda to our friends. More

THANK GOD we returned to see Tom Farlow and purchased a CRV. WE LOVE IT!!!! He and the whole team made the process so easy and stress free. WHAT A GREAT GROUP OF PEOPLE!!!! Great Experience A+++ Would definitely use these guys again. My wife and I were in the market for a new vehicle and did alot of checking around prior at numerous dealerships within a 2 hour radius of our home in My wife and I were in the market for a new vehicle and did alot of checking around prior at numerous dealerships within a 2 hour radius of our home in Lynchburg, Virginia. I was able to find a 2014 Honda CRV with Colonial Heights Honda dealership that was lowest price, the most options in terms of available inventory, and overall best value. This dealership also offers their customer an extended vehicle warranty of 7 years / 100,000 on the engine, transmission, and powertrain beyond the standard manufacturer's warranty. It should be noted that this was offered at no extra charge. Shortly after placing a request for information through TrueCar, Bill Stone contacted me by phone where I found him to be knowledgeable, professional, and was able to provide well informed answers to my various questions. No high pressure, no hidden fees, no unforseen charges, just a straight-up congenial business approach which was greatly appreciated on our part. Bill Stone not only assisted us on selecting a vehicle but also took the time to show us some of the options and acessories that could be added on the vehicle. Again no pressure just an informational presentation of the options. These options were competitively priced and we wound up also adding a nose guard and also an additional exterior/interior protection package since our new car purchase would be parked outdoors. In the end, the price we came to terms on was about $500.00 lower than what was actually quoted on the TrueCar site and it should be noted that the price that Colonial Heights Honda provided through the TrueCar site was the lowest price in a 2 hour radius of our home. Very happy with the deal we got and Bill Stone continues to maintain contact with us after the sale as well to make sure that we are happy with our purchase and to maintain the business relationship as well.
