I recently purchased a brand new 2015 Honda Accord. My Salesman, Glenn Seymore, was determined to find exactly what I wanted - with all the extras. He walked the lot and brought up several cars, but we finally found that special one. He never pressured me to make a decision; he was professional and patient and explained the difference in the models. He gave me time to make my decision. I walked through the showroom several times to look at a car on display because I was trying to decide on the color and extra options. Several other salesmen noticed my repeated treading and told me it looked like I wanted that one and should go on and get it. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, my new car was in a collision accident and got repaired in the body shop. But one of component was not correctly attached and so the car broke down when I drove on the highway. The Conner Brothers offered to buy me a new car. So this time I contacted Gary without any hesitation. Not only did my sales associate work within my budget, he was able to go about $1500 lower. When I arrived, the car was ready for me to test drive and he was working on the paper work while I was driving. It was a very seamless process, and I appreciate not having to go through the car-buying motions. I was out in about 2 hours. I knew what car I wanted, I knew what color I wanted, I knew how much I could spend and I now have a car that fits those parameters, looks luxurious and will be super affordable to maintain unlike my previous European car. We have communicated over the last month as my lease is just about up and was completely satisfied with the service the first time. We made an appointment, I came in and he was busy out at the tent. Bill Stone introduced himself to me, he was very professional, and explained that Jimmy wanted to be notified when I arrived, but he would be helping me today. Jimmy did come in a few moments later and felt confident Bill would take care of me. Bill was extremely personable and polite. He did an excellent job in answering my questions and explaining the new lease options. He was attentive in looking over the car to make sure it was spotless, and took time to answer my questions.
