Hassle Free Experience I was looking for a used and good condition car specifically Honda civic or accord. I stopped by Colonial Honda around November 15, 2014. However, I c I was looking for a used and good condition car specifically Honda civic or accord. I stopped by Colonial Honda around November 15, 2014. However, I couldn't find what I was looking for that time. I left my phone number to one of the sales associates so they can give me a call whenever they have the type of car I was looking for. Tom Farlow, an Internet Sales Specialist, called me on Tuesday, Dec 30, 2014 and told me he has a car. I looked at the car online and after a few back and forth phone calls and negotiations, we reached at an agreement in price and went there to see the car. I loved the car and bought it immediately. Tom was an exceptionally polite and professional sales associate. He answered all of my questions with great details. He was very helpful. My car was ready in just few hours. NO HASSEL AT ALL !!!! I tried to check with some other dealers in the same area (I do not want to mention it ! ) before I went to Colonial Honda. I cannot imagine how rude some sales associates are. I scheduled appointment with one of the sales specialists and went there on time. But he wasn't even willing to talk to me let alone show me any car there. It is very embarrassing and shame ! Visit Colonial Honda and you will be happy with their hospitality and professionalism. Make sure you leave your contact with them if you don't get your car in your first visit. My only complain was that I was given only one key and ended up paying $175 extra to get an another copy. Tom told me they got only one key when they traded this car from the previous owner. But I still don't hold anything back from Tom Farlow. He is just amazing ! Thanks Tom !!! Dr. G More

It was an easy, hassle-free experience that I would recommend to anyone in the market for a new Honda. More

My sales associate, Kia, was extremely personable and knowledgeable. She paid attention to the details - from what I was looking for in a car, to how many seats she needed to get at the table for my mom, sister, niece and I during the negotiation period (4 seats were lined up at the table as soon as we walked in!). Everyone was pretty receptive to the questions I had, and gave clarification on the financial details. One minor flaw was the waiting period between the time I said "maybe" to the car and when I actually spoke to the accountant. They were cleaning/preparing the potential car as I waited to speak to Accounting. Perhaps so that I might feel pressured to say "yes" and solidify the deal...Overall experience was low-pressure though. Glad I came. More

I actually called ahead inquiring about a used car that ended up being sold later that day. But my experience on the phone with her was so positive that I decided to drive 45 miles (past two other dealerships) to buy a new car from her. In additon to amazing service they have great warranty options and a huge inventory. I expect my Fit to last forever but I will no doubt buy my next car at Colonial Honda. More
Car buying experience I have always hated to buy a car. The pressure to purchase I car that is not what you want or the price you pay is more than you wanted to pay. When I was met buy the salesman I told him I wanted the payments to be around 300. He never tried to push me into a higher payment. He got me in a car better than I thought I was going to get and my payments about 50$ less than I said I would pay. This has been the best car buying experience I have ever had.
