Unnecessary repairs? Valve cover ($400) and both batteries ($700+)? This was my 4th visit to CMA Chrysler for service and the first three were fine and reasonable. Perhaps this time the unneeded repairs are just coincidences? Or was the staff looking for end-of-year bonuses or quotas? My check engine light had come on and the engine was rough. A friend-mechanic ran a diagnostic and told me I had a cylinder 2 misfire. So I left my Pacifica, and they concurred, and told me I needed a new ignition coil, and that I should replace all my sparkplugs. Since the car had 120K miles that seemed reasonable. About $1k so far. A couple of days later they called and said I had a valve cover leaking oil for another $400. I hadn’t noticed an oli leak but I accepted the recommendation. But a few days later just before pickup I was told that both my batteries were weak and needed replacement. (I had not experienced any issues) Well, my start-stop battery was replaced a few months ago, so I told them they would have to do it under warranty. And when I inquired I was told the new main battery was $300+. I left the car another day and I was told that the start-stop battery now tested fine and did not need replacement. And the regular battery which tested weak (so I was told) had not cause me any problems so I left it alone(another month in the cold with lots of down time and I have had no issues. So, bottom line – I didn’t need either battery replaced and saved myself $700. I have lost trust in CMA Chrysler. Not sure if I should give them another chance, perhaps this was just coincidence/bad luck? . Three stars because I am unsure if the unnecessary work was coincidence or dishonesty. I wont recommend CMA for now, although I did in the past. Everyone including Matthew was nice and professional. But when they recommend work, then dont do it because it is under warranty and it no longer needs it - that is a red flag. More
My family has been buying our last eight Ram, Jeep and Dodge vehicles at a dealership in Chambersburg PA the last four years. A three hour trip each time. But this time we went to look at a Jeep Wrangler Dodge vehicles at a dealership in Chambersburg PA the last four years. A three hour trip each time. But this time we went to look at a Jeep Wrangler at Miller Chrysler, Jeep, Ram in Martinsburg WV. We we so happy with the Jeep’s and all the cars and trucks they had we bought a Jeep Wrangler. The salesman Garret and manager Kevin treated us so great , the service, price and what they gave us for our trade in . We will do all our dealing with Miller from now on!! Warranty issue resolved quickly. This dealership handled a minor warranty issue without any trouble on my behalf. Had an oil change too , paid a decent price for top of the grade oil !! I was Amazed at the quick service and highly recommend Miller’s for ALL your vehicle service and repair.. More

BJ Elliott (salesman) kept me informed with email and phone updates (as to the status) and I took delive I custom ordered my 2019 Ram in late January. Was exactly as ordered and Garland See (finance mgr) even found some rebates we didn't know about when I ordered it. I live 125 miles away and came back because this is the same experience I had with the last Ram. Good people. More
