Quick and simple I went in knowing what kind of vehicle I wanted and the color. I figured it would take a while to find what I wanted, but they called me that afterno I went in knowing what kind of vehicle I wanted and the color. Well, actually I couldn't, I was out of town. But I got it on the following business day, paid and went away happy! More

Worked on 2008 Commander and 2001 grand cherokee. It took numerous trips and they kept guessing and replacing parts. They kept vehicles for an extended amount of time. Vehicle was greasey and dirty wh took numerous trips and they kept guessing and replacing parts. They kept vehicles for an extended amount of time. Vehicle was greasey and dirty when picked up by customer. Pre delivery work on vehicles was not performed as agreed on during sales. Took several months to resolve issues. Cost me out of pocket more than a thousand dollars for repairs by others. Sold 2008 jeep commander 8 months later and bought a chevoelet at another dealership. They also gave us 4000.00 more for the jeep on trade then millers offered. We bought new chev cheaper then miller offered. Requested to speak to owner of miller auto group about shotty workmanship issues and we were denied access to him by VP of Millers. We took our business else where. Recently bought thousands of dollars worth of genuine mopar diesel engine parts to rebuild a diesel engine. One of the internal parts(build in INDIA) failed at 27 miles. This destroyed the new engine. It has been determined that it was a faulty metal casting on the part, however millers only offered to replace the one part and not the thousands of dollars in parts this failure destroyed. Other dodge dealers contacted stated the part failed and therefore millers should stand behind the 'genuine ' mopar part and provide the warrantee to the customer. So far Millers refuses to stand behind the warrantee. Note to readers =If you buy parts from millers, be prepared to argue to have faulty parts replaced. If they are not going to stand behind the oem parts then they shouldn't be allowed to sale them the customers. More
