Being that I did not live in West Virginia I was not looking to buy a new car. When I saw Apple Valleys large collection I went in just to sightsee. Once there I saw this beautiful 2011 Chevrolet Camaro looking to buy a new car. When I saw Apple Valleys large collection I went in just to sightsee. Once there I saw this beautiful 2011 Chevrolet Camaro fully loaded and fell in love with it. As soon as I walked into the showroom I noticed how clean it was and all the friendly faces. Soon I met Vaughn and told him I would like to see the Camaro and right away he got the keys and let me open it up and start the engine to get a feel for the car, he let me sit and get a feel for how I would like the car and was very patient when I asked questions and took my time playing with the cars features. The whole buying process was pleaseant and went as quickly as possible. I know it was not Apple Valleys fault that General Motors did not offer rebates or loyalty discounts on the Camaro's but they did try to see if anything applied. The staff was very friendly and accomidating. There was a small problem with services setting up a time to install my lisence plate bracket install but once the appointment was set it was quickly installed.Thanks to Vaughn and the staff this major purchase was very pleaseant. I originally stopped to purchase a 6 year old vehicle. After telling David my situation, he told me he would look at inventory and get back to me. He had nothinig that suited what I thought I needed. That evening, he called ma and suggested I come look at somewe newer vehicles. I went the next day and looked at the 2008 Chevy Cobalt. I decided to take the car for a drive. There was no designated route as with other dealerships I had visited. I felt completely at ease with him as he explained the features on the car. He was very patient with me. On my return, he assured me we could make this happen. When I indicated I would like to finance with my credit union, he did not resist. He made it happen!!! He called me the next day to be sure I was OK with the car and see if I had any other concerns. When I could not figure something out eveen a week later, i stopped in and he did not act irritated at all to explain the carr to me. He was just great to work with, and my kids and I now have a safe vehicle to travel in that is dependable. More

My mother purchased a car from Apple Valley several years ago and when Mother got sick 4 years ago, I was given power of attorney. We came in and Vaughn connected with us while we were looking at the outside of a cargo van that we were interested in possibly buying. My husband liked the way it drove; I was comfortable riding and we were please with Vaughn as our sales representative. We are completely please with our overall experience at Apple Valley and since we purchased the cargo van along with how the van has perfomed in the few months since we purchased it.
