I have purchased many new cars over the years and have had them all serviced by the dealers; I must say that Apple Valley Hyundai service is by far the best. The Service Department is always friendly and helpful. I don't necessarily like my car, a Hyundai VeraCruz, but I do like the service help I get from this dealership. Especially noteworthy about this dealership is that I didn't buy my vehicle from them but they still give me great service. Unfortunately I was on vacation in Florida when my old vehicle died and I bought my VeraCruz in Orlando and regret it every day. The VeraCruz '07 model has cheap thin leather on the armrests and door handles and it actually rubs off when you try to clean it. The engine has a knock already, less than 50K, the lights have issues; when the car is off and key is out it still dings as if you forgot to remove the key. And the tires are hard to find replacements for. It seems this year and model are different than all others. The service department has worked very hard to correct these deficiencies but I think the car is just a lemon. I only marked down the overall experience because of the vehicle itself, which has no reflection on this dealership or the service department which I feel are both excellent. More
