We got a message from our connect system that we needed to see a dealer to correct a problem. Brought our van into Leesburg Ram to have them repair the problem. The antenna was not in stock so it would need to be ordered. It was Thursday and we were told it might not be in until Friday so Monday we would need to be back for repair. We explained to Tim that we had Dr.appointments in NC on Tuesday morning. Our mileage was 35,675, almost at out 36,000 and we would be out of warrantee by the time we drove to NC. Tim called us on Friday and said he got us the part we needed and was going to come in on his day off to work with Mike to get this done for us on Saturday. Mike worked all day to finish the job for us and we were able to keep our Dr.appointments. People like Tim, Mike And Katie are the reason that we will always use Leesburg Ram and why we always recommend their dealership to anyone we talk to. Took 3 visits for them to identify where a noise was coming from and then their estimate of $4k was over 3 times what I paid to have it fixed elsewhere. In addition back in December they serviced my fu coming from and then their estimate of $4k was over 3 times what I paid to have it fixed elsewhere. In addition back in December they serviced my fuel injection system and performed an engine induction service to the tune of $400 only to have my vehicle nearly stranded me 2000 miles later with a bad coil on one cylinder and a bad injector on another. I will no longer take my vehicle to this dealership More
When i get up at 530 to drop off at 730 appointment just for it to sit for 45 mins before a technician touched then the car wash is so bad. I was promised by valentine's day to hear something At least about my car and I still haven't heard nothing. I keep getting promise that someone's gonna reach out or my car's going to be fixed. My car originally went in there for issues for it, turning on and turning off.They said it was a TCM which after getting the car fixed. I drove it home and it completely died. Did the same thing that it did before I took it in. I was told to bring it back and they would fix it.I called each week to find out what was going on and was told its going to be another week (which started in Aug 2024) at least three different times I was told to take my car because it was fixed and it turned out to be not fixed.
