Took my Voyager in fir oil change and tire rotation both done quickly. Had asked service advisor to have a piece of bush guard material hanging down underneath engine to be reattached while car was on the done quickly. When I got van home I checked under van and piece had never been touched. All I got when I contacted service department was a sorry about that and to bring it back in (a 30 mile trip) and they would "see if they could take care of it). I didn't realize this small piece was such a big problem for a equipped department. If I had ramps at home, I'd go underneath myself and take care if it myself More
