Usually great, however I have come in 4 times this week. First to get an oil change, learned I need new tires, (which they only had 3, needed to order 1). I came back to get installed but had to come back to fix /program sensor. Came to fix early the next morning to learn my sensors are bad. My app didn’t show, but that is what the service guy said. Told to come back to get sensors done. Which will be a “4th” visit for oil change and tires. More

Had my pro master 3500 in last week for an issue while they found nothing last week I did bring it back this week as the issue expanded. They seemed to have found something. I will be waiting for more new they found nothing last week I did bring it back this week as the issue expanded. They seemed to have found something. I will be waiting for more news to see if there’s any further damage. I am hoping that they will go through this vehicle thoroughly in all things related to this issue to make sure the cause of the issue is found versus just the end result fixed. I am also hoping that any item related to this or even close to it is also followed up with in case any of that is left hanging. As in the past and so far this dealership has been great to me. I think this will be a test to see how well they know their stuff. We all know things can go wrong, Hoping all their training is able to put Humpty Dumpty back together again.
