They bend over backwards to close the sale then communication is almost non existent. I purchased a 2028 Dodge grand caravan gt for over 13K and had only 76k miles on it. Within 24hrs there were multiple issues that were severe! 2 of which they were supposed to have fixed before they delivered it. Had to take it back in for same issues, it took 5 days of trying to get answers on my warrenty promised at time of sale, and I was afraid to drive the vehicle. They then kept it for 12 days and said it was all fixed! They replaced the cylinder head for misfire issues and put 2 new tires on the front to stop the shaking and shuddering of the van when it got up speed to 65mph and they said that took care of it. I had to take it back after 3 days as the relay switch went bad on my driver's window and also there was a loud clunking noise from the back. They fixed the window and replaced back shocks. All was good, or so i thought! I hadn't had chance to take it on the freeway to get up speed after the front tires were replaced until after all this work was done and i got the van back right before my 30day warrenty expired. On a positive note as to why i gave 3 stars instead of 1 star was that Ron Delgaro in service worked to fix the issues as best he could. I did get a free rental for the first 12 days they had it to fix the original 2 issues. And then he worked with me to get it back in to fix the next 2 issues right before my warrenty expired. However! i dont think anyone took it for a good test drive and got it up to speed to check they fixed the probem of the shaking and vibration. I just happened to drive it on the freeway to an appointment i had the day after my warrenty expired and it still shudders bad when I get to 65mph and the steering wheel still vibrates along with vibration in the gas pedal and driver seat, coming from under the front especially when i accelerate. It also has a clunking under the front of the vehicle when going over rough road surfaces. It appears these 2018 vans are known for their numerous issues. I feel like I got a bad deal. I am a 70yr old senior, It sucks!- I might be wrong, but I feel like I'm all alone stuck with a $13k bad vehicle that they possibly knew about. They gave a pre certified inspection as it had only 76k miles, i don't understand why some of these issues weren't known then. I've never in my life had so many issues, as soon as I literally signed the paperwork for the sale of a vehicle.😩 More
Ronald was a really helpful service advisor or who reassured me that they would get me in and out as soon as possible.
