Last year, I bought a 2011 Grand Cherokee Overland from Mike Shadlich. It is the best vehicle I've ever owned. I brought it in for an oil change and walked out with a new Jeep Grand Cherokee SRT8! Kristen Lewter was the most knowledgeable Service Adviser I have ever dealt with. I was very skeptical at first because I was dealing with a woman.She explained my problem in depth with detail like no one el I have ever dealt with. Converters were 2nd to none! She promptly pushed through the paperwork on both my Factory Warranty for the Cat. Converter and also my Extended Warranty for the O2 Sensors leaving me a $100 deductible to pay on $2000 of Parts and Labor!!!! :) More

I had a GPS in my center Console when I came to the dealership to have a Oil change and I ask about a car wash. The car was washed but the next time I wanted to use the GPS it was not there. I came back after several months up north. Kristan my usual service rep for many tears was gone. Christian took care of me and even gave me the hug that Kristan always did.
