I have been dealing with Richard and Jimmy for about three to four years regarding service for my Chrysler GEM Low Speed Vehicle (LSV). Every time I've had a problem they have taken care of it in a ver three to four years regarding service for my Chrysler GEM Low Speed Vehicle (LSV). Every time I've had a problem they have taken care of it in a very professional and timely fashion. I've also purchased additional options for my GEM and the installation has been done withoutr any problems. Unfortunately, I purchased my vehicle before moving within distance of Bill Bryan's dealership, and did NOT receive very good service from the previous dealer. This was the best service on a vehicle I have ever experienced. The fan belt on my Sprinter motor-home was replaced quickly and properly and I was on my way.
