Excellent Service I always have the best experience with Bill Bryan Jeep/Dodge. From the minute I drive up to the minute I leave. Everything in between just heightens I always have the best experience with Bill Bryan Jeep/Dodge. From the minute I drive up to the minute I leave. Everything in between just heightens the experience the free snacks and condiments, the television and the massage chairs. They get a five star rating from me. The only thing I would do differently is the complimentary car wash after the service. It usually look as if the car is hosed down and the water spots dry on the car, mirrors and windows as is. It should be wiped off so that your car doesn't look spotty and more like a finished product rather than just a rinse and go. More

Crappy service I was happy I was able to get my wife’s recalls fixed on her 2017 Durango. Then the fun begins. I received a call at 1530 that the car was done. It to I was happy I was able to get my wife’s recalls fixed on her 2017 Durango. Then the fun begins. I received a call at 1530 that the car was done. It took a while getting there to pick her car up I walked through the service department and was never greeted, and walked over to the counter to pick up the keys. Waited a few minutes ok. Once I received the keys and told have a good day I walked outside looking for her car. Nowhere to be found. I finally found it parked in a fenced in lot blocked by multiple vehicles. I had to go back to the service department and waited for over five minutes for someone to acknowledge my existence and to finally be able to move the other vehicles. Also I had to back my wife’s car out myself. I have pictures. I had an appointment on Monday but due to the service department I will never bring my car or truck to this dealership again. More
