December 8th our Dodge Ram decided it was time to take a break. We had the truck towed to Bill Bryan Service Dept. It was promptly handled by Gary. Return of truck after service Well, all went great until time to pick up the truck. I had applied for a Ram Master Card as my service advisor had suggested. It was approved and we received the card in the mail. On the day we went to pick up the truck, we called to activate card. Master Card says we can not use it as there is suspicious activity on the card (the one we just received in the mail?). They say my wife should "walk" to the bank, any bank, so they can verify who she is. We live in a rural area and closest bank is 5 to 10 miles away. I'm already at the dealer so I call MC and ask if the dealer can verify who I am. Nope, has to be a bank. So I ask if I can take my truck to go take my wife to the bank to hey this straight. The cashier rudely says that she will not release the keys until bill is paid. So, I ask for the keys back form the rental truck so I can take care of this. Nope, my truck is repaired so I can not use the rental truck any longer. The service advisor offers to have someone drive me home, 35 miles away. Lucky for us my son shows up and takes my wife to the bank. Bill paid, got my keys and home I go. This was Friday. Monday I notice two charges on my debit card for $41 each from Hertz. Turns out the dealer never called to say the rental had been returned to them. I call Hertz and the gentleman says that I got charged because I did not return the truck directly to them. I tell him to wait a da@# minute. I was told by Hertz and the dealer to return the truck to the dealer. He said that he was just telling me, if I had returned it directly to them, this would not have happened. He said the charges would be removed that day. Next day, charges are still there I have contacted my credit union to remove the charges. My advise, stay as far away from Bill Bryan Dodge and Hertz Car Rental as possible. More

It was time for an oil change, and I also had a recall letter. The oil change and multi-point inspection was performed right away. Gary explained that the recall on the fuel module would require me to leave my Jeep for the day. I was given the best of customer service. I love my Renegade and my Renegade loves the service it gets at Bill Bryan. More

The service was completed sooner than expected plus the multi-point inspection result was reviewed with me. My tires were getting quite close to needing to be replaced. I was given a quote for replacing 4 tires which I could use to get comparative quotes. I didn't ask for the written quote it was given to me. I did later that day get a comparison at a tire store I had used previously and decided to come back to Bill Bryan for the tires. I am doing that tomorrow May 31. More

After a bad review, I was asked to return for a better experience.Second was 45 mins. So 3rd oil change assummed would be fine. Drove my vehicle for three weeks. The whole time smelling what I thought was a little oil spillage. Finally returned yesterday to find out my oil cap was not replaced during oil change. My husband went up there after work to dispute the problem. Tech offered to clean our driveway? This mistake could and may have ruined my vehicle! I want better redemption! So angry. More
Warranty work. Not happy what so ever with the service department. First of all we have a 2017 Grand Caravan GT. We brought the van in because the a.c. doesn't seem like it wants to go into max air recirculate. They don't see a problem with it. So I'm lieing? Needed a hinge front door finally after our 3rd trip going back they for the hinge on. He said he would wash the van or give us a break on parts or service. I asked for a break on an extra key fob. He came back and said if I buy this extra plan they offer than I could get a break on the fob. No I'm not spending hundreds of dollars to save $30 on the fob. That was our last trip there. Will never go back. We will go to Ocala for service. More
