waste of time off work and gas I made an appointment to get my jeep fixed and drove an hour to the dealer with the promise my parts are there and it will be fixed. I get to the dealer, sit for almost two hours just to be told we can not fix your vehicle till after September 15th. Unless you want to wait two hours for absolutely nothing don't go here for repairs. More

I looked a new Dodge Challe Richard was an excellent salesman. He gave me the no pressure approach. I came in for an oil change on my 2010 Charger. I looked a new Dodge Challenger over and found myself driving it home the next day. He made a deal on the Challenger that was simply hard to refuse. Again, Richard was laid back, no pressure, very matter of fact, easy to get along with and as a plus, he understood my sense of humor. That last part doesn't happen all of the time. My experience at the service center Within 24 hours after we first bought our new (used) car we noticed that the Check Engine Light came on. So, we took it to the service center only to Within 24 hours after we first bought our new (used) car we noticed that the Check Engine Light came on. So, we took it to the service center only to learn that the cadalatic converter, the power windows, and the rear view mirror all went out! We where told it was going to cost us another additional $1200.00. So, after some negotiating we agreed to pay half for the cadalitic converter (much to our dismay) and not have the other things repaired. Come to find out, the window was only off track and didn't need a new motor as reported by the repair staff. We where able to fix the mirror ourselves for less than $5.00 in materials at the local store. The sad part here is that we where told by our salesman that if anything goes wrong with our car to bring it right back & you would repair any issues! I reckon we where lied to big time! Then, a couple of months later our Low Tire Light came on. When we took the car in for it's oil change we asked the staff to reset or check the tires as well. This was NEVER done. When we went back to the staff about the light still being on before we left, we where told to just drive the car. Our tires are under warranty and we could not understand why the repairmen could not check the tire pressure. Our car was taken back to the service department 3 times for the same reason to no avail. We had to take the car to another company to have them check the tires and then (and only then) the light went out and never came back on. I feel the staff treated us with complete indifference. My self as well as my niece have tried to be patient with your staff and we Always get treated as if we do not matter. Other than coming in for my contracted oil changes, I will refer my business to another dealership. We have decided to never buy another vehicle from your company again. Our family has been dealing with your company for several years and we have all decided to go elsewhere in the future due to how we have been treated. More
