Bought my a Chrysler 300 there And I always had it serviced there. My car had 22,000 miles on it when it started running bad. I took it in several times and they kept telling me each time it was something else wrong. Finally they replaced a head that they said was bad. This did not fix the problem either. Elliott the service advisor kept calling me a liar and on the last go round they smashed up the front on my car. While waiting to get the body work done which took two weeks they damaged the mirror and then blamed it on me. The body work was xxxxty to say the least. After all the crap they put me through it then overheated every time I used it. Basically they ruined my car and I was forced to get rid of it at a xxxx of a loss. This service advisor, Elliott is real bad news. He Does not know how to handle people and he is rude and arrogant. More

I had it today to Bill Bryant and they said that the reason why I stopped is it was a safety feature because it was low on oil. The car was just due for an oil change and it was down to one quarter oil they blamed it on the fact that I have my oil changed. I went for their oil consumption test and they told me after 1000 miles the car burned a half a quart of oil that still brings the car pretty low on oil between oil changes. Here a.m. for months later same situation. Steve the service manager said that the engine needed to be replaced and that he would put me in a rental car and not to worry everything was covered. Under warranty. 4:40 on a Friday he calls me and says that they are no longer covering anything including my rental car. This car has 60,000 miles on it and is three years old and should not be burning well like it is. According to Dodge this car burns a quart of well for every 750, this makes no sense to me because the car will be out of Will by the time your next oil change comes up.. I also have an extended warranty on this car I just don't understand how it's not covered. Especially after I was told it was and then they change their mind More

I first dealt with sales on some things, and there I met Tom and Rick and was so impressed with their professionalism and attitudes in dealing with my questions. I then went to service for some unplanned, unscheduled work. They quickly got me to the service writer most familiar with my van, and I was hand-walked to parts, promptly got in for service, and was incredibly impressed at every stop along that way (writer, parts, and even the technician, who found a serious issue and fixed it!) I will ONLY return to Bill Bryan for any Dodge work I need done. They are professional, competent, and seem to truly be a ‘family’ that is looking out for their customers. Excellent service, sales, and snacks departments! Can't say enough about our sales rep, Jim Jolly. We had no intentions of buying a car, but decided to "look around" while our Jeep was being serviced Can't say enough about our sales rep, Jim Jolly. We had no intentions of buying a car, but decided to "look around" while our Jeep was being serviced. Jim is very soft-spoken, and is not a high pressure salesman, so we felt much at ease talking with him.We wound up buying a pre-owned Chrysler 200. Since it was late in the day, we returned the following day for Jim to go over the entire car with us..explaining the operation of the electronic parts especially. He could have been making other sales, but never made us feel rushed. He devoted a lot of time to us, and I'm sure he'll be there for us if we have any issues. Honorable mention to Edwin Morales, who gave us a fair deal. He explained how he reached the numbers he came up with in an understandable way. Also want to say how much we enjoyed the chili cheese dogs, popcorn, and drinks! The manager of the snack bar was so hospitable, we felt like we were in a paying restaurant! Over all, the folks at Bill Bryant are a great team, and we recommend this dealership to anyone who wants great service, friendly people, and yummy hot dogs. More

She was friendly, kind, informative but also very interested in what we wanted....she enlisted Shane to find a car. Nancy and Shane were able to find exactly what we were looking for in a car...sturdiness, fuel efficiency, comfort, style, and much more! In the meantime, we found out what the repair bill was on our Caliber. Nancy & Shane guided us through the deciding process with absolutely no pressure. After weighing our options, we decided to purchase. Nancy was great...patient, helpful, understanding, etc. Shane was very knowledgable about the structure of the car. Nancy also introduced us to other department staff for our future needs. We had an excellent experience with Nancy and look forward to seeing her again. More
