No intention of buying a new car but I did. I brought my 10 year old PT Cruiser in for a check engine light and ended up with the most perfect Jeep. I told you what I liked about my Cruiser and I brought my 10 year old PT Cruiser in for a check engine light and ended up with the most perfect Jeep. I told you what I liked about my Cruiser and you brought me a vehicle close to what was important to me. For very personal reasons, my Angel is smiling down on me for owning a Jeep. More
Sucks! Service department sucks! Bought a new jeep one month ago. Needed some service done to it. Told us to come back on Tuesday. We did, waited 2 hours. M Service department sucks! Bought a new jeep one month ago. Needed some service done to it. Told us to come back on Tuesday. We did, waited 2 hours. My husband asked if it was done. No. Oops they forgot. What? My husband asked to speak to the manager. He said sometimes it's like a pencil you forget to put the eraser on. Why can't you admit you did wrong. No apology, nothing. I will never buy a jeep or have any service done here. Our big mistake was buying from you. More
Excellent service expereience! My Wife and I (From Rochester, N.Y.) were staying on Little Lake Weir for our winter vacation when we had a problem with the brakes and suspension on My Wife and I (From Rochester, N.Y.) were staying on Little Lake Weir for our winter vacation when we had a problem with the brakes and suspension on our 2011 Dodge Charger R/T that needed immediate attention. I took a chance and dropped into Bill Bryan without an appointment hoping they could fit me in. I was immediately written up and within an hour or so they took my car in their shop and diagnosed my problems. Parts needed to be ordered, but they arrived the next morning and I was back on the road in a reasonable length of time. I want to thank Gary in service for taking good care of me. I couldn't have been more pleased with the fine work they did for me in getting an out-of-towner back on the road again with a safe car. Thank You for rescuing us! Warren Horton More

Best used car buying experience These guys are top rate. They weren't vultures. They listened to what we wanted, were friendly, negotiable, no high pressure, tried very hard to ear These guys are top rate. They weren't vultures. They listened to what we wanted, were friendly, negotiable, no high pressure, tried very hard to earn our business. They even allowed us to take vehicle over night to think it over, etc. They gave us a full tank of gas, fed us all kinds of stuff @ the showroom; donuts, drinks, hot dogs, popcorn, all kinds of snacks, etc. They made phone calls for us, everything to help us make our decision. lack of honesty Had a problem with 2011 Jeep Gr Cherokee last week. Looked up typical cost to repair the faulty item on Google, range was $100 to $175. Bill Bryan Ser Had a problem with 2011 Jeep Gr Cherokee last week. Looked up typical cost to repair the faulty item on Google, range was $100 to $175. Bill Bryan Service employee said their cost would be $285. I said that wasn't reasonable; he said "how much would you pay?" I said $200, he said OK. Obviously, their first approach is to overcharge! They seem to quote a very high price, rather than a reasonable price to do a job. Apparently, they believe the older population in the area, esp. the women customers, are easy to cheat. I've gone to Bill Bryan a number of times before and generally thought they charged too much and on a few occasions I believe they tried convince me to repair items that weren't faulty. They aren't honest. I will not go back! More

My first free service Hi Matt, we appreciate how you worked with us on our trade. You were awesome. We made a deal for 2 years free service and I have that in writing, but all I got was hassle over the deal because everyone there says they do not give 2 year service agreements on used vehicles. OK. I have decided to take my vehicle to the ford dealer where there is no hassle with my service. They serviced both my other vehicles and did an awesome job, I feel like a valued customer. I did not feel like a valued customer when I brought my vehicle to Bill Bryan for service. Thank you Matt for your help and for your professionalism More
