Lordy, Lordy! This review is directed more at management more than the service department. I had an appointment at 11:45 AM. I got there and waited for 10 to 15 minutes before anyone came to wait on me. I w more than the service department. I had an appointment at 11:45 AM. I got there and waited for 10 to 15 minutes before anyone came to wait on me. I waited outside my truck and noticed several people that had pulled in behind me were already being waited on. I had my truck in for a coolant warning light and to get new tires. I waited and the truck was finished at around 7 PM. I get about a mile from the dealership and the coolant light came back on and stayed on all the way home. When the light came on, I stopped to check the engine temps and it was fine. However, when I got out I noticed that they had taken an almost new tire off of the spare tire rim, which was on the truck, to put on a new tire, The tire that was stowed was the tire and wheel off the truck. Not hard to tell, the spare rim is black and the wheels on the truck are silver. Now why do I blame management for this? The service department seems to be grossly under maned. Jose, who was my service advisor, was being pulled in five directions at one time. I guess everyone had gone home and left him there by himself. He was attempting to check out 4 or 5 people at the same time. Two other gentlemen working there started helping him. The service waiting room has 3 tv sets. All of them are on so all you get is a bunch of noise. Add to that, the music being played over the loud speakers. I had to walk outside several times just to clear my head. Again, given the situation, I think Jose did a great job. Mark, in the waiting room was also very helpful. This place has some great employees but is not managed very well. I'll be heading back over there, about 35 miles away, tomorrow afternoon to try and get everything straightened. May the force be with me. More
Brought my 2017 Pacifica in for my last packaged oil change and tire rotation. Last time it took 2 hours. I thought it couldn't get any worse than that. Today's appointment was an oil change, tire ro change and tire rotation. Last time it took 2 hours. I thought it couldn't get any worse than that. Today's appointment was an oil change, tire rotation plus the added task of plugging a tire with a slow leak caused by a nail that they were told about when I brought it in. It took OVER 3-1/2 HOURS! RIDICULOUS! It had to go up on the lift twice. Why didn't they fix the tire when they had it off for rotation? Their advertised "FAST OIL CHANGE" is nothing but a farce. I will never buy from them or use them for service again, ever. Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on me. Never again. My next car will not be from Bill Bryan. More
Worst experience with a dealership service in my life. Called before Thanksgiving to set up the appointment, the appointment was made for 12/1 at 830 am. Upon arrival there is not much direction on how to proceed to drop off the vehicle, you just get out go inside and get pointed to your service advisor, not my normal experience with any dealer in my decades of buying and getting serviced through a dealership just very unprofessional. I went in for a simple service & explained my concern of a noise we hear when reaching 55-60 mph, I thought possible wheel bearing, tires or just the sound of a jeep, this being the first jeep I have purchased for my fiancé I just wanted a diagnosis. I explained again how I purchased through a private sale a few weeks ago, the 2012 only had 50k miles on it and sat in a garage most it’s life, we are not sure if the noise is normal or an issue needs to be addressed. During the check in, my service advisor Katie March informed me that there was a recall on the jeep that is “On Chrysler” and they would be swapping out the occupant restraint controller. I said ok sounds good and left in confidence of Katie March’s word saying she would call when they know something. Now in my experience when u have a appointment at a dealership service department they usually diagnose the problem and call within 1.5-3 hours. Well I gave them till 130 pm before I called over 5 hours because I knew recalls could take some time. I asked the receptionist for Katie March I get redirected to a voicemail of a guy, I left a message and then emailed Katie March. After 30 minutes and no return of call or email, I called again asking for Katie, was told she’s with someone, I asked if I could talk to another person was told only my advisor could help me with my service. I then asked for a supervisor or manager, put on hold for 10 min and then informed that the manager was out to lunch and would call me back. 2 hours later the manager calls me back, she was so rude over the phone she told me Katie was doing online training and your tires are over 10 years old that is the noise I said ok thanks even though the truck was 8 years old I found this strange that jeep would put 2 year old tires on a new vehicle they are the original tires(after I picked it up the tires DOT was 5211 meaning made on the 52nd week of 2011 so not over 10 years old still old yes but the principal that I can research and read a date better then a mechanic is insane and very unsettling. She then gave pricing for tires I said no thanks I’m going to shop around. I asked her why they did not call me within a few hours she said it had to wait for the proper technician. She then went on and said the recall was a 3 hour job that’s the reason, I said ok I was not made aware of this at check in I didn’t even know it had a recall and suggested that they let customers know these things. I also suggested that they should not over book more then they can handle. She became combative and said we are not over booked lol Clearly lady, I asked can I come get the vehicle? She said no they are wrapping it up and Katie would call when ready I was hella confused because 8 hours later the car is not done. Katie called me at 410 at this time I was over the conflict and just wanted to be done with this place she told me it’s done we came and picked it up I walked in and was greeted by a kid who asked what I needed I said picking up asked who my advisor was I said Katie he walked over to the other room got the key and paperwork I paid the bill and left. I expected a manager or Katie to at-least show face when I arrived but they did not. When I get home I look over the invoice you will never believe, it said parts on order hold. I was then more confused so I tried to call and got no where so I re emailed Katie asking if the recall was completed she emailed back the next morning no it was not. I couldn’t believe this ya know? I called and asked for t the manager this morning and was transferred to Jason, I explained to him this entire situation just to make him aware of this insanity and he didn’t have much to say I told him I’m gonna leave a review and reach out to corporate. His response “ok” I just hung up on that guy. Now I’m a business owner and I do not bash businesses even when I have a bad experience but this place deserves to be called out. BAD BUSINESS NOT ONLY WILL I NEVER COME TO BILL BRYANS I WILL BE HESITANT TO PURCHASE A DODGE,CHRYSLER,OR JEEP EVER AGAIN. More

I have A Dodge Challenger and they have been great about handling any service problems. I would buy and recommend them. I had air conditioning problems. It was oil ut of warranty but low miles. Service was much better than expected and better than any Dodge dealer I've used since I've owned the car over the last five years. Leslie was great to work with and did everything needed to arrange for the Dodge dealer I've used since I've owned the car over the last five years. Leslie was great to work with and did everything needed to arrange for the major repairs needed to get the car operating like new. I got a loaner for two weeks while waiting for the new parts to arrive and to be replaced. Very satisfied...Thanks for a job well done! More
Had to call as warning lights were going off, Jose took the call and was extremely helpful. He did in our opinion, everything he could to help us and satisfy us. I was in and out, needed an oil change and tire rotation and they got it done in about an hour and there were still a lot of cars in front of me.
