Purchased my used 2500 Dec. 20, 2021 with the assumption i was purchasing a certified pre owned vehicle. March 3, 2022 my engine thermostat went out. I returned to the dealer on 20, 2021 with the assumption i was purchasing a certified pre owned vehicle. March 3, 2022 my engine thermostat went out. I returned to the dealer only to be told my repair would not be covered. After speaking with the sales manager on duty he told me he would help with the repair cost. His help with the repair cost was higher than the actual cost it cost me to have it repaired at another Ram dealership. I will never do business with Bill Bryan ever again. Buyer be ware when you deal with these people. More
The entire service experience was excellent from check-in to check-out. Jade was wonderful, making sure I was completely satisfied with my Jeep's needs and for providing superb customer service throughout the process. I didn't wait at the dealership so she gave me with her contact number and stayed in touch a couple of times as service was being performed. I texted her with a question soon after I left and received a response within minutes. I appreciated the quick response. Although I didn't meet Josh, my service tech, Jade told me that he made sure my car was up to par and sent it through the wash to eliminate any fingerprints or dirt after working on it. I wasn't expecting that, but I was quite pleased to see my shiny Wrangler. Overall, this was a great service experience! More
Bill Bryan dealership service department is SUPERB! I will forever be thankful for what they did for me! When my jeep was having intermittent engine light issues, I decided to take it to the closest deal will forever be thankful for what they did for me! When my jeep was having intermittent engine light issues, I decided to take it to the closest dealership by my house which was Advantage in Mount Dora, what a mistake that turned out to be!! They not only misdiagnosed my issue after paying them 160 for a diagnostic test, but Advantage in Mount Dora also told me that I ran out of diagnostic money, and I would have to pay them more money to find out what really was wrong with my jeep. Advantage told me that they suspect a valve issue and to fix it they would have to replace the whole cylinder head which would cost me 3500 dollars!. They quickly suggested to me that it would be in my better interest to maybe trade it in since the repair would cost me so much! I was so upset! I still owed 2 years of payments of my jeep and knew that I couldn’t qualify for another loan due to my current situation. I was distraught and was contemplating turning my car back in because I couldn’t afford the repairs they said I would need. When I went to pick up my car from their dealership it was worse off than when I brought it in and it wouldn’t even start. I also found a broken piece of the engine that they broke and failed to disclose. The service manager and the general manager at Advantage were very calloused and could care less about any of my concerns. I was told that is just the way it is and my engine was toast. I ended up calling Bill Bryan and talking to Dave the service manager and he listened to my concerns and was very kind to me. He told me to have it towed into the Bill Bryan service department and he would give it a look. Well, let me tell you, what a joy it was when I was told by Bill Bryans service department that it would cost me $1270, which is way less than what Advantage said of $3500! Furthermore, Bill Bryan found a valve spring that was broken which Advantage told me that all the valve springs were OK on their diagnostic report! Let’s just say from now on I will drive the extra miles to go to a dealership where the service manager actually cares and the mechanics are knowledgeable and A++++++ in caring for their customer's needs. A big thank you to Dave the service manager and the mechanics at Bill Bryan. I will drive the extra miles to go to quality and a highly credible dealership that actually cares for their customers such as Bill Bryan! Thank you so much!! More
Unprofessional,, unorganized and disrespectful. Worst customer experience ever. The service team had my vehicle 12 days and literally refused to provide update on status. I even stopped in but nobody was customer experience ever. The service team had my vehicle 12 days and literally refused to provide update on status. I even stopped in but nobody was able to provide information or return a call. When the vehicle was finally ready I stood at the service counter for 5 minutes watching them eat pizza and ignore everyone waiting, they finally sent me to another counter where I was referred back to the first counter. Staff was incompetent and rude. More
Went to have my oil changed today, waited 20 minutes for the service writer to show. Finally some guy asked me what I wanted done then never came back to write the service slip. Another customer told me he the service writer to show. Finally some guy asked me what I wanted done then never came back to write the service slip. Another customer told me he was told his oil change would take three hours. My advice would be don't buy the oil change package because the service department can't handle it. This is like the third time I had my oil changed there and it has been the same experience. Went I bought the package I was told oil changes only took 25 minutes. There must be a better dealer/service department in the area! More
Had a service call to fix a flat tire. Jose found the problem, a roofing nail squished between the treads. While we were there we had other maintenance questions regarding our 2020 Pacifica. Jose gave us problem, a roofing nail squished between the treads. While we were there we had other maintenance questions regarding our 2020 Pacifica. Jose gave us a helpful print out to reference & also told us why & showed us how to stop the car from lunging forward or back when we turned the ignition off. Jose & the many people who asked if we were being helped were friendly, eager & helpful. More
Last week I had a Lube, Oil & Filer done on my truck and had to have the radio reworked because it kept going in and out which was becoming extremely frustrating especially on long trips. Bill Bryan servic had to have the radio reworked because it kept going in and out which was becoming extremely frustrating especially on long trips. Bill Bryan service department was exceptional to deal with besides being very friendly, helpful, and understanding. The vehicle was ready to go when they said it would be and it was fixed the first time with no problems. Since buying our truck approximately 2 years ago at their dealership we have had our truck serviced numerous times and the service department has been nothing but excellent to deal with... I would highly recommend them to anyone in the future, they are truly the backbone of that Bill Bryan Dealership. More
What a joke of a dealership!!!!! Brought my car in last week for a “diagnostic” and the catalytic converter had a crack in it along with the vehicle throwing codes, well before I wasted anyone’s time I ask week for a “diagnostic” and the catalytic converter had a crack in it along with the vehicle throwing codes, well before I wasted anyone’s time I asked the service specialist if this would be covered under warranty and his exact words “ oh yea man 90% sure, it would take something crazy for it not to be covered, you have the Bill Bryan Protection plan, customer SATISFACTION GURANTEED”, the warranty that he’s talking about clearly states “limited” powertraij warranty so if your a specialist you would know if it was covered or not, well long story short nothing is covered under warranty and after having the car almost a week they still couldn’t figure out why the codes were popping up. Needless to say I’m with a car that I purchased from them 6 months ago that randomly goes into limp mode had 32 CODES pop up on their end but can’t figure anything out, they want $2,000 to fix the catalytic converter!!! I would say I’m a satisfied customer according to them since their goal is “ guaranteed customer satisfaction ”. I’m so satisfied that I purchased a car, of course it was used but talk about a bust, I even tried getting out of the vehicle and purchase a new one with all the hassle and they surprise me again with $4,000 upside down and the sales guy them states “ $4,000 isn’t horrible if you ask me”, well sir you are right, it isn’t bad but when you purchase a vehicle from this establishment and it’s not even 6 months old you want me to be upside 4K on a vehicle that was obviously a xxx when you sold it with “warranty” that apparently doesn’t cover jack squat. With this review we will get a respond from customer relations asking for me to reach out to them but what is going to get resolved?! Unless they fix the issue then nothing will get resolved just back and forth nonsense, This was my first time dealing with this dealership and by far the most horrible one lcd experienced, I’m so happy the vehicle I purchased for my fiancé to congratulate her on a new career is a complete fail!!! Horrible experience with the service department at Bill Bryan Chrysler. I took in our Pacifica because the engine would turn over and over and over, before finally starting. The problem, so I was told by Bryan Chrysler. I took in our Pacifica because the engine would turn over and over and over, before finally starting. The problem, so I was told by the service department, was a 3-year-old battery needing replacement, and the charge sensor. When I picked up the car, I paid $500, went to the car to start it, and on the first attempt to start the car it did the exact thing as before: the engine turned and turned and turned before starting. I walked back to the service department to tell the service representative, and was told it was misdiagnosed and I could leave the vehicle again so that they “could get to the bottom of it.” Well, I was leaving two days later for Michigan and could not leave the car again. I paid $507.00 and I still have a broken car. Would they make good on what I paid them for a misdiagnosed problem? No. You take your car in to get it fixed, you pay $500, they admit they misdiagnosed the problem, the car was not fixed … but they keep your money. A win-win for them; a lose-lose for me. What am I missing? (When I returned to Michigan, I wrote a letter to Bill Bryan. I then called them. No response. I called again – no response. Can I give lower than 1 star?) More
