He left all the loose dirt in it and reinstalled it incorrectly, sliding it above the slot instead of in it and did not replace the cover. I only noticed it because when I returned home I was buying a new filter on line and had to remove the old one for the filter info. I drove back to the dealer and showed them the issue. The service manager did the right thing. Anyone can have a bad day and I understand you're in the process of taking over so stuff happens. The fact that the service manager took care of it is a good sign. More
