Friendly courtesy staff. Went in for an oil change and for a recall on my 2021 Jeep Wrangler, extra stud on frame had to be removed. Katie, the service advisor, provided excellent service pertaining to my oil change and tire rotation service. Would rate 5 stars except for the person that first greeted me saying I had a damaged windshie pertaining to my oil change and tire rotation service. Would rate 5 stars except for the person that first greeted me saying I had a damaged windshield and they (American Glass Professionals) would be able to replace it at no cost (depending on coverage) to me. There was/is no damage to the windshield. I hope this unwanted solicitation ceases. More
