I waited just short of 1 hour and 45 minutes for an oil change! There were only 3 people in the waiting area of which two were a couple. I really didn’t see any other vehicles come for service. I felt like all the service rep wanted was to sell me more. If this is all that a dealership has become then I need to find a private shop ! I know I asked for an estimate for tires, but with today computer technology that shouldn’t have taken more than a matters of minutes. Within 40 minutes of waiting they were sending me a video of my cabin air filter and my tires. I requested an oil change not a cabin air filter! So what did they do for the next hour??? I purposely didn’t come during the free hot dog time! Disgusted! More
Katie treated me like I was an old fiend and took hold of my problem personally and went beyond the call of insuring everything was completed. I couldn't have done the fix without her taking charge.
