I have 2 vehicles that I have taken to CDJR in the past. Each time I have had an issue with the service department either dropping vehicle off 1st thing in the morning and being promised it back by 1pm but Each time I have had an issue with the service department either dropping vehicle off 1st thing in the morning and being promised it back by 1pm but taking a day and a half for a oil change or telling me my tires are good I just needed to pay 65$ for a balance after explaining that one of the tires is separated only to have a tire blow out on me a day later.
