Vehicle had to be brought in a 2nd and 3rd time for a major electrical issue. Primary reason for the low rating is poor to total lack of communication wit 2 service advisors and Main Service manager. The major electrical issue. Primary reason for the low rating is poor to total lack of communication wit 2 service advisors and Main Service manager. They don't answer their desk phones nor return requests for a call back when left on their VM. When asked to be given either a cell number during work hours or a direct line desk number, operator apologizes and says that is against policy. New vehicle experienced 2 total losses of electrical power requiring tow and one partial loss of power where most power functions ceased to operate. After it was towed into dealership 2nd time, placed 5 calls to service adviser assigned over 2nd and 3rd day vehicle was in dealership, none of which were returned. Called service dept. general number and asked for manager.. Was given another service advisor instead. Said they would follow up which they did partially. Advised that vehicle was then fixed and I'd get a call saying it was ready to be picked up. Didn't answer my question of why they would not cover rental when it appeared car sat until late Friday afternoon before being looked at. Told I'd get a call back. Again never did but did receive a text at end of day asking if I would pick up car Saturday. Picked up Saturday and no response on my rental question along with vague answer on what fix was. No response on what took 3 days to find it. Went to drive vehicle Sunday am and experinced numerous warning lights, safety issue. Vehicle not drive-able other than to back at dealership. Left VM for Main Service manager asking for call back Monday and sent email detailing issues. Again no call back.When I called operator and asked to speak with him was told I could leave a VM. I explained I already did and wanted either him or his boss. Told to wait and got connected to another Service advisor. Explained that I was looking for Main Service Manager or his Manager. Then got connected quickly to request an advisor who would communicate when i got vehicle back into dealership and discussed rental payment ie who covers. More
